The fact that you can't middle-click or right-click and open in a new tab for dealing with multiple vendors. It makes it a bit tedious to lose your sort/filter when drilling into a vendor and clicking back to have that all gone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Ncontracts' QuestSoft for our bank's HMDA reporting. It's exactly what we need and it's easy to customize for our bank's specifics. Easy to run reports, submit our data, and make needed changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What's not to love?! From the people to the service to the tool itself, it's absolutely wonderful! From my first interaction with the sales rep to my main account rep, it's been the easiest process, implementation, and intuitive system I have ever been exposed to. The staff at NContracts are professional, understanding, patient, kind, and really lovely people all the way around. There is nothing that I dislike about Ncontracts. I use Nfairlending and Questsoft. Both products integrate well and are easy to work through. I am excited about the upgrade from Questsoft to a web-based product. The only thing I dislike is that we have the software on a separate server, which takes me more steps, but this is not the fault of Ncontracts. It is my company who chose to place it where located.
