What do you like best about Navisite Services?

They are very responsive. Most request are done within a few hours, and no longer than 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navisite Services?

The web interface could be more interactive and informative when managing our account. It would be nice to see what domains we have hosted. They do provide this information when requested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navisite Services?

What do you like best about Navisite Services?

They have a knowledgeable staff who is available 24/7/365 to assist with issues in the cloud or on-premises with our database servers and their cloud hosting is a pretty sweet deal. Being hosted on VMware it is pretty robust and they have a custom interface allowing you to interact with the VM's and manage elements of the network environment as well on your own. They assist in bringing in more complex VM imports and the like happily and are always willing to lend a hand and pitch in to assist with the environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navisite Services?

Sometimes their sense of urgency is not the same as mine on some of the support tickets. At times I feel that a ticket should have a higher priority than it is receiving with them. This is usually remidied by a call to our account manager in the cases where it is extreme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navisite Services?

High level of service & support along with ease of access when whenever we wanted to perform maintenance. We often perform maintenance work off hours and weekends and no matter when we needed access to our equipment, there was never an issue. The people were also great to work with from the security guards right to the NOC personal with whom we worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navisite Services?

Before we decided to contract with Navisite, their engineers took the time to give us a tour of the facilities and answer the many technical questions my team asked. They were also willing to indulge our non-technical senior leadership with tours of the facilities and answered questions. What do you dislike about Navisite Services?

The only dislike is the cost of the services. While I understand the contracted services can be expensive, during the Pandemic when businesses are facing financial challenges, Navisite's pricing models should be adjusted or discounted to reflect the challenges we face. What do you like best about Navisite Services?

Our regional networking partner offers us amazing connectivity into Navisite, and that partnership is key to making the most of our deal with Navisite. The facilities are excellent. The uptime is great. The physical location has good highway access & parking. The front desk staff are fantastic. Our account rep is always helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navisite Services?

There's no loading dock, as far as I know, so the last time we removed gear we had to haul our servers out the front door on a dolly, a couple at a time, and hoist them into our vehicles. They offer to "smart hands" but taking advantage of that can require more time than just hopping in my car and driving the hour to the facility myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navisite Services?

Being able to reach out to their support team at any hour of the day and expect the majority of issues to be resolved within 24 hours. They're extremely excellent to deal with in the mornings and generally happy to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navisite Services?

It is really easy to use and appears to be doing a good job filtering out attacks. My user love the ease of checking the logs for potential mislabeled SPAM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navisite Services?

That they listen to what you need and don't try and squeeze you into their model, this was really important to us as other partners wanted to re-architect everything so it would fit them better.

It's also worth calling out that although they are a US company the UK are very operational, again comparing them to other providers the Navisite UK have the authority and ability to make decisions in UK hours which past providers would need to wait for the US to come on for a particular skill set or decision to be made.
