We currently use them for SQL support as well as PowerBI/Data Warehouse support and design. They are always there when you need them. After hours support is excellent as well. My account manager is simply amazing! Their expertise in the areas I hire them for is quite high. When we have an issue, they are right there to resolve it. **What do you dislike about Navisite Managed Hosting?** Nothing comes to mind, If anything, I would say their billing could use some modernization. **Recommendations to others considering Navisite Managed Hosting:** Check referances. These guys are honest! **What problems is Navisite Managed Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do not have to hire an in-house SQL DBA. Using RDX is much more efficient and cost effective. ### 2. When you have an issue it takes a long time to get it resolved. Their outdated backup solution is limited, slow, clunky and oh-yea, outdated. Ask for a root cause analysis, and don't hold your breath. **Recommendations to others considering Navisite Managed Hosting:** Look elsewhere and save yourself the headaches. Savvis is a great solution if you need managed hosting. ### 4.
