The failover and failback functions work seamlessly, and the platform gives great visibility into recovery operations. The support team is highly responsive and knowledgeable — they guided us clearly during setup and every DR test. **What do you dislike about Navisite DRaaS?** Initial setup required some time to align configurations with our existing infrastructure.
