I found its site easy to use and teach to others. I found it more insightful than the actual insurance companies sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like anything about this program. The insurance company expects us to use this program for post acute care authorizations and gave little notice to when it would take affect and gave 1 day notice that they were holding an in service on how to use it 4 days before it was going to take full effect. During the in service, no one was able to answer questions on how it was going to affect hospitals and other health care providers. It all seemed very unorganized and felt like such a rapid change within a couple of weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is extremely difficult to use and customer service gives little to no help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a user friendly application and has a good interface. It is a great tool for the claims management, processing, authorizing information, easily allows the providers to submit referrals. It lowers the administrative cost and helps in improving provider network. It is a great tool and does not really have any con. It maintains privacy of the Patient Health Information. the implementation is faster and it is easy to learn. There is a great training material so it is easy for any new user to learn this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NaviNet allows you to view, edit, and submit claims for many of the big insurance carriers. But one the thing that really allows it to stand out above the rest: you can submit both reconsiderations and appeals for certain carriers. You can get so much done without spending excess time, or money, to ensure the care patients received is addressed in the revenue cycle in a timely fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Though you can submit reconsiderations and appeals, it's not yet available for every carrier, per the carriers' own provider manuals. Additionally, NaviNet can look clunky, as opposed to modern as the healthcare industry continuously progresses in the modernity of its technology and procedures. I do like how easy this platform is. Once you're registered as a provider's office- it's so easy to one click to verify benefits and determine eligibility. You can also check claim status but often- you can not obtain what you would if say you were an in network provider. You have to pay for the premium functions which can get pricey so we often use NaviNet and Availity- simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The amount it costs. For a big practice- it would be cost effective however as a small practitioner office- it is way too expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love using NaviNet. It makes electronic claim filing so easy and with so many insurance companies/plans now linked to it makes it even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that it is not compitible with good chrome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This system makes it easy to check eligibility for patients and also streamlines claims processing. It allows you to check multiple insurance companies in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are times that some of the pages were glitchy. It could be our internet that was the issue with some of it. The passwords seem to have to be reset more often than be should be required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
