  ### 1. Easy, Robust and Holistic Program for Total Wellbeing

**What do you like best about Navigate?**

Working with Navigate has been fun and easy.  They listened to what we wanted and implemented it!  From there, they made suggestions that enhanced our program that kept it fresh and engaging.

**What do you dislike about Navigate?**

I don't really have a "dislike" persay. The only hard time I've had was when I had a Program Manager change. However, at the end of the day, that change made everything much better.

**What problems is Navigate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Programming.  Navigate adds enhancements regularly that make it easy to keep a program engaging but NOT over complicated!
Incentive tracking and reporting.  The platform tracks what incentives are earned and provides quarterly reports for incentive contributions. 
Communication.  All the communication is written and sent out directly by Navigate.

**What do you like best about Navigate?**

Upon meeting the Navigate team, they felt like an extension of our wellbeing team. We loved that we were not put into a one-size fits all solution for our population.

**What do you dislike about Navigate?**

There has not been one thing I have disliked about Navigate, not the organization as a whole or any one individual.

**What problems is Navigate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building a culture that aligns with our ITEACH values (innovation, teamwork, excellence, caring, healing) and improving whole person wellbeing of our colleagues.

**What do you like best about Navigate?**

The web experience is very user friendly.  The implementation was very thorough and the people that we have encountered through the process were amazing.

**What do you dislike about Navigate?**

We would like the social media page open to only a group of users and not the entire population.  Definitely not a deal breaker.

**What problems is Navigate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navigate is helping with morale and employee engagement and will, in the future, become a tool toward the correction of our medical claim spike.

**What do you like best about Navigate?**

One of the best features of using Navigate vs another platform is Kendra herself.  This experience has been one of our smoothest using a vendor yet.  Kendra's monthly meetings help keep us on track, her suggestions are incredibly helpful and we feel she is a big part of our success in getting this relatively new program launched.  Our understanding of the platform and comfort using it is also due to Kendra's guidance and coaching.

**What do you dislike about Navigate?**

There is no downside, we are just excited as Navigate continues to roll out new features to continue our ability to help our various types of employees engage in their wellness from all aspects.

**What problems is Navigate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navigate is helping us to create one platform for all of our employees to come together and use.  Not only for communications across all business units, but also a source of many resources that are beneficial to our teams.

I love Navigate and their team, it's like a family and I love the company values.  The portal is user friendly and I appreciate my great relationship with my team.

There's really nothing I dislike about Navigate!

Helps me track all challenges internally with one interface.  Allows for holistic well-being for our employees.  We offer multiple touch points throughout the year!

**What do you like best about Navigate?**

The portal, the challenges offered, and most especially, our account manager, William. He is AMAZING! He brings great ideas to the table, keeps us moving as far as meeting our goals, and always responds in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Navigate?**

It's not Navigate-specific - it's more an issue of understanding how to continually engage our population in challenges, using the portal, and meeting their wellness goals.

**What problems is Navigate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assisting in helping our employees become healthier and more well-rounded in meeting wellness goals  (not just physical wellness, but financial, emotional, and social wellness too).

I had a great experience when building our company website through Navigate. Navigate provides excellent customer service.

Navigate is a great website and our employees are very appreciative.

**What do you dislike about Navigate?**

I believe everything around the app is great. I think that in the future, more workout videos and recipes could be added.

Competitors are much more expensive or do much less than Navigate does.

**What do you like best about Navigate?**

Our account rep, Jad, was terrific to work with during the implementation and our first year with the Navigate program.  He is very helpful and responds quickly to emails and messages.  Compared to our previous wellness provider Navigate is a much more well-rounded program, and we get much better service for our employees. It has helped reduce my workload as I can feel confident directing our employees to contact Navigates customer service department for assistance which frees up my time to work on other projects. We also really enjoy the Navigate app! It is perfect for our employees who do not have access to a computer and allows them to participate in the wellness program by using the app on their phone.

**What do you dislike about Navigate?**

The only thing I dislike is that we didn't start using Navigate sooner! I wish we were using the Navigate wellness platform back when we first implemented a wellness program for our employees.

**Recommendations to others considering Navigate:**

It is an excellent program to meet the well-being needs of your employees and is easy to implement and administer.

**What problems is Navigate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Power of 8 principle that Navigate uses has helped us offer a more well-rounded program.  This means more of our employees can participate!  Our previous program was heavily activity focused and many employees were discouraged and just gave up.  The Navigate program offers something for every employee and meets them where they are in their wellness journey and helps them improve all areas of their wellbeing.

**What do you like best about Navigate?**

From the very first meeting with our implementation team, including our Account Rep, Jad, I have been very impressed with Navigate. The system is easy to use for me as the admin, but also for our employees. The App is fantastic and many of my employees use it - especially as they are constantly on the go. The partnership Navigate has with eHealth has worked very well and as we are in year 2 with Navigate now, the biometric screening process has become even more smooth. Working with Jad is the absolute best. He is very quick to respond and always has a great attitude. He is a great resource and we appreciate him very much!

**What do you dislike about Navigate?**

There really is nothing about Navigate that I dislike.

**What problems is Navigate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our employees enjoy the videos and learning about ways to change their habits and begin living healthier lifestyles. The challenges are fun and easy to complete - a great way to earn points and work toward the goal.

Our customer service team is outstanding. They provide timely service, offer suggestions, and are always there when we need them.

**What do you dislike about Navigate?**

There are parts of our program we wish could be different but the solutions provided met our needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Navigate:**

Navigate offers more than just a wellness program; it provides a solution to the many wellness needs from a wellness administration perspective.  The Navigate Dashboard gives me data at a click of a button, and I can run reports and engage with employees easily and quickly.

**What problems is Navigate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our employees are able to self-report all of their health screenings and we do all of our challenges through the platform. Saved us time and money!

**What do you like best about Navigate?**

Navigate is customizable to fit your needs. As a large employer, we have a diverse population with a variety of wants and needs. Navigate allows me to design a wellness program with plenty of variety for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Navigate?**

Sometimes narrowing down information from the reports can be tricky, but not a huge deal. My account manager can usually filter information to help me get the data i need.

**Recommendations to others considering Navigate:**

You won't be sorry if you choose Navigate.

We are providing wellness resources and tools to our population resulting in improved retention, improved satisfaction, and improved overall well-being.

Quality of the website interaction for our employees is very intuitive.

The connection between our biometric screening process and the website is not fluid because it's a separate company that they partner with.

**Recommendations to others considering Navigate:**

Their precreated materials and marketing collateral are very helpful.  They are conscientious about follow up and ongoing communication.  We've been a customer for 1 1/2 years but continue to have ongoing meetings to discuss status and activities.

Using this Navigate solution helps us address our Wellness goals for employees and to help control our healthcare costs.

Navigate is an amazing organization that treats employees and clients like family! My Account Manager is responsive and helpful in our overall strategy.

Haven't found anything I dislike, if I have an issue it's resolved timely!

Navigate puts all our well-being resources together, as a go-to repository for our employees!  And, has immensely helped my admin time reduce!

The whole Navigate team is amazing! They're always quick to work with us towards solutions for any problems we face. They don't say "no" - they actively look for new ways to accomplish our requests. They're refreshing and a joy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Navigate?**

Not a thing honestly. Maybe only that the pandemic has kept us from being in person for 2 years. Or that they haven't hired me yet :-)

Do it! They're every bit as good as they seem during their sales presentations.

**What problems is Navigate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're working on a solution to better and more frequently measure the emotional wellbeing of our staff. They've been great at brainstorming ideas and pivoting as our circumstances change.

**What do you like best about Navigate?**

Quick response from our account rep. She takes care of everything in a timely fashion. Great to work with. The portal is wonderful too.

**What do you dislike about Navigate?**

The reporting could be set up a little better on the admin side. Our rep is always able to pull anything we need but on the self-service side, the report titles are a bit confusing to follow making it difficult to find the information you need.

It is easy set up for a wellness program and includes challenges and great resources.

I don't see any downside to using NavigateWell.

It is easy to track engagement and provide challenges for employees. More people are engaged with programming.

Would like a larger selection of challenge options and a new look.  Would also like a better reporting selection.

Take advantage of all of the options to add to your portal.  You can ask for additional emails to be sent to promote your challenges.

Hoping to see more utilization of our portal, especially around our quarterly challenges.

Our institution appreciates the customer service and personal touch that Navigate offers. The Wellness website is easy to use, customizable to our needs and intuitive.

Nothing that comes to mind. We haven't had problems with this wellness platform.

The Navigate platform has streamlined our wellness program. It allows for employees and employers to have a place to keep track of all wellness activities.
