I do not know how to sort or tag the contents well, making it complex to search for particular pieces I require sometime in the future. NewsEditPro gives you a short view of all of the available files in various folders and gives you an opportunity to organized them and options for copying and moving them. The only issue I've had is that my individual profile file has become corrupted a few times and then I basically have to start over building all of my saved searches and added words to the dictionary.
