Naverisk is a fully featured RMM with everything that you need to monitor and connect to Windows machines. The customer service however is what really sets this software apart, as I always got the answer I needed within a few minutes of emailing them which is unheard of! The Mac and Linux agents could use some more attention, however Mac agents seem flakey across all RMM tools so it might just be a Mac thing. We didn't use the PSA features as we already had a PSA that we were happy with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
