What do you like best about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

Naverisk is a fully featured RMM with everything that you need to monitor and connect to Windows machines. The customer service however is what really sets this software apart, as I always got the answer I needed within a few minutes of emailing them which is unheard of! What do you dislike about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

The Mac and Linux agents could use some more attention, however Mac agents seem flakey across all RMM tools so it might just be a Mac thing. We didn't use the PSA features as we already had a PSA that we were happy with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Naverisk RMM & PSA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everything is completely real-time. Problems can be detected and fixed immediately.

A variety of remote control options are available or you can integrate your own!

Integrates with popular accounting systems to make billing straightforward.

Easy to keep endpoints up to date with various operating system and software patches.

What do you dislike about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

When first setup, the pre-prepared templates lead to some "alert noise" however this is easily remedied later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Naverisk, we are able to look after many endpoints and know that we can still spot small issues before they become "showstoppers".

What do you like best about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

The ability to remotely control our devices from within Naverisk completely unattended rather than having to use 3rd party software and get codes/passwords etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
