Not much, I have to use it because my company chose it. It's pretty fast to reimburse, but the input is so painful I'd rather be reimbursed later

What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Navan is fantastic. Like most companies, we have a travel and expense (T&E) policy. Prior to Navan we had to constantly crosscheck between the T&E policy and what we were spending to see if the purchase was allowed under our policy. With Navan our T&E policy is incorporated direcly into their platform so I can see if any item I purchase/book is 'In Policy' or 'Not in Policy'. It also gives me peace of mind knowing that I don't need to have any awkward conversations after the trip about items I purchased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

So you're not working direcly with hotels, airlines and car companies. It may be there are expended options on their separate platforms, apart from Navan. I think you might have more flexibility if you went directly to other's platforms...but you'd also be doing more work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's (1) an all-in-one solution for my travel and (2) has my company's T&E policy built into it. I can't overemphasize that. This is very important to me as I don't wnat to guess what is in-policy versus not in-policy. I like that the guesswork has been taken out of the event for me. What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

1) It provides me with a centralized space to manage my air travel, hotel bookings.

2) While searching for hotels, Navan knows exactly where my office is located and showed me near by options.

3) I can earn rewards which can be used for non business trips.

While booking my recent travel, I wanted to book my air tickets and hotel bookings.

However, I was going back and forth to edit the dates. Each time I had to create a new trip and enter dates, location for both airfare and hotel

Previously we had to book air travel and hotel separately and keep track of all the receipts and go through reimbursement.

What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

My favorite thing about Navan is that it is really easy to complete expense reports. When I am on work trips, it is very easy to take out my phone, snap a photo, and immediately add the photo of my receipt into the app. The app also notifies you whenever a receipt is needed with a purchase. The app for your phone is also really nice without a lot of clutter so there usually isn't much confusion. If you ever need help, there is also a help chat that is available that can connect you with someone for help immediately without calling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Navan for only a few months, so there's nothing that I can list as a negative yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At a previous company, it was kind of time consuming to submit an expense report since I had to manually upload all receipts into the system. What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Planning trips is a really hard thing to do, and google flights does a really good job at this. It can be hard to compare all of the data that is relevant to make an informed decision. Just by the nature that it is not owned by google, I assumed that Navan wouldn't be as good as this. It actually was though and had most of the features that I really like about google flights.

I also really like how you can earn navan points, earn airline miles / hotel points and also use your own credit card if you prefer. It is also nice that you can get info on how much legroom there is etc. It would be nice if this was more complete for all airlines Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

The main thing that stuck out to me is that they don't have a google pay integration which is something that I would really appreciate. Besides that, basically anything that is missing from google flights would be great to have. Eg the price by date feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I just use it for work travel, I think it would be a long road until I use it for personal travel, but I could see it maybe one day especially if they integrated with chase travel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

It's so easy to use. I can do it from the desk top or my phone. Ususlly takes all of 5 minutes to book an entire trip. Then your always notified of any issues or changes. Ive been in sales for 20 years and its the best Ive seen. The expense portion is my favorite. I never miss getting paid back and getting paid back fast. Love it. What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Navan simplified my travel arrangement. Since it enforces company travel policies by differentiating in-policy/out-of policy and by automating approvals, it was very hassle-free travel for me. I could submit all expenses with such an ease right away and don't have to worry about saving all bills to submit later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To resubmit correct invoice for previously uploaded wrong invoice, it did not let me upload new invoice image. Probably a bug at that time. I had to email the receipt instead of re-submitting it in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Both the website and app are easy to use. Our organization moved from Concur to Navan a few months ago. The ability to scan receipts and auto fill the fields from the AI scan, is amazing. I used to spend a couple of hours at the end of each month putting together my expense report, Navan allows me to have a rolling report and get approval instantly along the way, a huge time saver. What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

I liked that it offered me both options of using Twilio's card or my personal card. I liked that for using Twilio's card I didn't need to do anything or ask for any information, it was really easy. The money part of business trips is the most stressful for me so I really valued this aspect. I prefer to just use my employers payment method and not deal with reimbursements.
