It's easy to use and lets me keep track of business trips all in one place (travel and accommodations and anything else I might need). It lets me add in any reward numbers I have for airlines or hotel chains. It's also got an excellent rewards system that lets me use points towards personal travel as well. Sometimes, when I'm going to an event, I am able to find a cheaper rate because the event has a hotel block, and there's no way to access the hotel block in Navan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since joining my company and using Navan I have really enjoyed the ease of use and quick reimbursement that Navan offers to me. Its extremely easy to just boot the app up and scan a receipt and send it in. Then its usually auto-approved on a set of criteria which you follow from the app which is easy to find. Its easy to manage your budgets and keep track because thankfully it is all in the same area. I am extremely thankful my company uses Navan because some other implemenations are just horrible to use.
