I like how easy it is to flag out-of-policy bookings and adjust our policy settings as our company’s needs change.

I use Navan for work-related flight booking and reimbursement. I like that it makes reimbursement easy, as I don't need to submit details manually, and it snaps the receipt for me. I like the most for flight booking because it clearly shows me the travel date and limitations, and I can see all flights and the related prices comparatively easy. It also helps by showing allowed travel dates and which ones are out of policy. The initial setup was quick and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I have to manually import my other hotel or flight membership information.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan simplifies reimbursement by snapping receipts automatically. It clearly displays travel dates and limitations, making flight bookings straightforward. I can easily compare flight prices and see which travel options comply with policy.

I really like how quickly I can find all the options that are out there and pick the best ones for me. The many options for sorting the information are fantastic and allow me to see exactly what I want to do, whether it's sorting by price or by time like departure or arrival. These options are very useful for what I do. Additionally I love the ability to submit receipt by phone and take care of all expenses immediately.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

There are times when renting a car, all the options you give me are out of the company budget. Need to correct why that would be the case.

I find Navan easy to use for booking business travel. I really like that I can use it on both my phone and computer. I had good step-by-step instructions during the initial setup and appreciated having someone available to call for help if needed.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Not all rentals are able to be booked to the Navan card, like with Hertz. Navan should work with all rental agencies and set up the Navan card.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Navan easy to use on my phone and computer, simplifying business travel bookings. It works well, allowing me to bill expenses directly rather than pay upfront and seek reimbursement.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Currently, I don’t like having to submit expenses line by line, and then having approvals/reviews done line by line as well (individual receipt submissions). However, as a new user, I’m not sure whether this is a NAVAN standard setup or something requested by my company (Infovista Ltd).

None that I am aware of so far

I appreciate being able to set up different policies easily and the ability to get cards. These features help ensure compliance, which is important for our operations.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

**Reviewed by:** Nijat I. | Full-stack Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan optimizes business travel management, enabling a team to easily book travel, accommodation, and transport. It provides a centralized system for travel policies, approvals, and travel plans. The system also ensures that everyone is informed in real-time, and employees can easily manage their travel schedules using their mobile devices. The system can be easily synchronized with expense reporting software, enabling easy accounting and reimbursement of travel-related expenses.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Some of the advanced reporting features are only available on higher-tier plans. Flight and hotel choices can be sparse in some locations, especially smaller ones. With the vast amount of features on the platform, first-time users can find it very overwhelming. Minor learning curves aside, Navan has features that help manage corporate travel with ease.

Navan fixes the problem of disjointed corporate travel management. It allows all travel-related activities, starting from booking, approvals, to expense management, to be managed through a single system. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

It has solved the old school "fill out this spreadsheet and attach receipts" problem. You book your trip, company card pays for hotel and/or flights, you attach receipt and you are done. This benefits everyone in the company as the process is much more streamlined now. The process is so easy!

  ### 29. Navan Makes Travel Booking and Expense Tracking a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody W. | Operations Technician, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

With our company, we used to use a different software for submitting receipts and tracking expenses, and it was a nightmare. But when we switched to Navan, it may think so much easier and compact. To now be able to book all my flights, book all my hotels, submit all my expenses, and have a company credit card attached to the account all in one place is a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

None really to be honest. It works great.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating all of my expenses in one place while connected to one credit card, so nothing gets lost or forgotten.

  ### 30. User-Friendly but Needs Improved Cancellations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine L. | Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like that Navan (Formerly TripActions) is user-friendly and it just gives more perks to employees like me. I also like how it works with their AI to handle receipts.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It doesn't have cancellations that are easy, which can be a bit challenging. Uploading receipts quickly is also a bit challenging, but it still works with their AI, which I like. Booking travel for others is confusing and not straightforward. More clarity on who to contact or what is recoverable would help, along with more instructions on where things are.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan keeps my travel expenses organized, helps book the right flights through Brex card, and manages work travel hotel needs. It's user-friendly and provides employee perks.

  ### 31. Easy to Use but Lacks Hotel Rewards Clarity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany G. | Sr. Director of Account Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like the ease of use and the connectivity of Navan (Formerly TripActions). I think it's great that I can see everyone's trips, which is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like the ease of use of Navan, as well as the interface, which is very easy to navigate. It integrates with a wide variety of things I care about. It's easy to see what state my transactions or expenses are in, and the website and app make it very easy to find and follow them. The integrations for flight and hotel searching and booking, as well as loyalty and reward program integrations, are also great.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

There are a few areas where it can be confusing, such as the transaction and history page looking the same. Also, there could be better differentiation between the trip page and the expense page.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan (Formerly TripActions) for uploading and managing receipts, tracking my expenses and transactions, and finding flights and accommodations for work trips.

  ### 36. Effortless Expense Reporting and Travel Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robin B. M. | Business Development Manager

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like that Navan (Formerly TripActions) is very easy to use. I appreciate the app on my phone that lets me take a photograph of a receipt, and then it just uploads and matches it when the expense comes in. It's very simple to navigate, and I've really enjoyed using it. It's also easier than the Concur system we used before. The process of starting with Navan was straightforward, especially with the training from our HR department. I have no issues so far, and I'm very pleased with it.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Everything works well so far, no complaints or dislikes.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan makes expense reporting very easy for me. I can take a client to lunch, upload the receipt from my phone, and it's all ready for the expense report at the end of the month.

  ### 37. Simple, efficient way to book business travel

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The feature for companies to set up large trips that suggest which cities to book to and from is convenient for easy booking for business trips.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The flight options are definitely priced higher than the actual prices. This is expected, but it does price me out of some flights that become out of policy solely because of these built-in fees.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to securely make bookings for business travel using the company card

  ### 38. Earn Rewards on Every Booking—Perfect for Personal Travel

Whenever we make hotel bookings on behalf of others, we earn rewards. We can then use those points for our own personal bookings.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan charges trip fee for each booking around 25 USD Which seems higher & Can be reduced.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 39. Navan Streamlines Travel and Expense while being User-Friendly, Efficient, and Time-Saving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony S. | Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan makes managing travel and expenses extremely easy. The platform combines booking, approval, and expense reporting in one intuitive interface. I really like how seamlessly corporate policies are applied during bookings—employees always know which options are within budget. Expense submissions are almost automatic since receipts sync directly from the app, saving our finance team hours each week. The mobile app is also great for booking last-minute trips and uploading receipts on the go. Overall, it’s user-friendly, modern, and saves both time and money.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Occasionally, certain flight options or hotel brands don’t appear in search results, requiring manual booking. Customer support can also be slower to respond during high-volume travel periods. While the reporting dashboard is good, it could use a bit more customization for complex expense categories. These are relatively minor issues compared to the overall value Navan provides.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan has helped me take the hassle out of finding the best deal. Having this all in one platform at the best prices saves me time and money

  ### 40. User-Friendly App with Impressive AI for Trip and Expense Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alberto A. | Solution Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I find NAVAN to be a very user-friendly app, particularly when it comes to organizing both trips and expenses. The feature that allows you to automatically complete expense details from a scanned photo using AI is impressive, and I also appreciate that trips are automatically added if the dates correspond.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Because the platform relies on AI, the main issue I've noticed is that expense categorization can occasionally be inaccurate. When it comes to travel, it would be helpful if the system specified exactly what information a passenger should provide to the airline in case of any problems—such as the buyer's email or booking ID. Having these details clearly outlined would make it much easier to resolve issues with the airline or during the flight check-in process.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NAVAN is an excellent time-saver for frequent business travelers. It brings together everything from booking trains, flights, and hotels to handling travel expenses, all within one unified platform.

  ### 41. Awesome app!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ines E. | EMEA Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan makes travel booking and management of expenses simple and very efficient. The interface is easy to use and the experience is smooth. Company approved pricing policies are visible so you can maintain compliance easily as a user.
The fact that you can manage expenses by simply downloading or taking a photo of your receipts makes the overall experience even easier.
I also love the reward system, you can use it for both personal and professional trips. I recommend this app!

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I haven't encountered any problems yet, the experience is easy and smooth.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan helps you save time when it comes to expenses management and travel booking. You can book your flight and your hotel in the same app, you can also book stays by trip, and - as the company approved policies are very visible - Navan helps you comply with them. For expense management, adding just a simple photo of your receipts works wonders: it takes less than 2 minutes for an expense to get processed. Navan is like your AI PA for your travel and expense decisions.

  ### 42. Effortless Travel Management with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela S. | Sr. Marketing Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I find Navan incredibly user-friendly for both business and personal travel needs. It significantly simplifies business travel by making it less mundane and more manageable. I especially appreciate the receipt capturing functionality, which allows me to efficiently track and submit expenses while on the go without the hassle of filling out traditional expense reports. This automation enables me to submit expenses as I incur them by simply taking a picture of the receipts, which are then automatically submitted for reimbursement. Additionally, I like Navan's effectiveness as a travel booking tool, which enhances the overall experience. Navan’s intuitive nature is something I value highly, especially having worked with other travel booking and expense reporting software that wasn't as user-friendly. It's a tremendous asset to not worry about holding onto physical receipts during travels. These features save me considerable time and streamline my travel and expense management process. I also like that I can book personal travel just as easily as business travel.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

At this time, there is nothing I don't like about Navan.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan simplifies business travel, automating expense reporting by capturing receipts instantly, making my travel easier, less mundane, and user-friendly.

  ### 43. All-in-One Travel Organizer with Easy Booking, Though Prices Sometimes Vary

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary F. | Analyst Relations Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

My favorite part of Navan is how it helps me organize all of my various trips into on place, including flights, hotels, rental cars, etc., so that I can see my entire travel itinerary for the coming weeks and months and then dig into each trip to get more details. I also love that I can add a hotel stay, for example, into the trip even if I didn't book it with Navan. Booking travel is really easy with Navan too, and I love how it automatically applies all of my rewards accounts when I book flights and hotels. But, maybe my most favorite thing is the iPhone app, which lets me quickly and easily submit expenses on the fly as soon as I incur them so that I don't have a big expense report project to do when I get home.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I've noticed that Navan doesn't always give me the absolute lowest price when I got straight to some properties, airlines, or travel apps. Most of the time it does, but I feel the need to check to be sure, especially when I'm booking personal travel.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan helps me keep all of my various travel info in one place -- both on my computer as well as on my iPhone through the app. I travel a lot, and it's really helpful to see all my trips in one place.

  ### 44. NAVAN has saved us SO MUCH TIME and ENERGY (and cost)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayme W. | Executive Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I used to have to book all my travel through each website. I would go into the FLIGHT search engines, then I would go directly to the airline and book. I would do the same to search for hotels and rental cars. I wanted to find a solution where everything could be together. I searched and found NAVAN and rolled it out to our entire company. Every branch administrator for every office is LOVING this new system. Whenever we have had issues or concerns, Customer Service is extremely fast! Whether I call or use the online support, they make me feel like I'm a real person and that my issue matters. I have spent a lot of time with support and I haven't found anyone that couldn't help me quickly! All of our users are loving this app/search engine as well! I'm so happy and am a NAVAN believer!!!!!

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

There aren't many issues that I have with Navan. Sometimes when I find a small glitch on the site, I'll report it to my Product team and they are always quick to respond and let us know the outcome. If we have any issues with hotels receiving the credit authorizations, usually it's the hotels issue (not Navan), but they are quick to help and figure out the solution so it doesn't happen in future.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy that everything is together... and ease of booking all in one site is AMAZING!!!!! It has saved more time than I can even calculate!

  ### 45. Easy to Use, but Family Group Bookings Take Too Long

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like how easy it is to use the system, I don't like how long it takes to make a group booking for a family.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I don't like how long it takes to make a booking for a family with an infant.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a glitch in Ryan Air at the moment and they are assisting in resolving this.

  ### 46. Effortless Trip Management with Timely Reminders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like how Navan brings together my entire trip portfolio into one place, making it easy to navigate paid invoices either weekly or monthly. It also notified me about the need for a rental car, which I would have forgotten otherwise, and found a nearby hotel that I needed for my trip. The initial setup was very easy for me, and overall, it's been a pleasant experience all around so far. I'd rate it a 10 for being so reliable and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

If I was really trying to knit pick the badge notification takes forever to go away, but maybe that's not a Navan issue?

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan groups my trips, making it easy to navigate expenses. It also notifies me of needs like rental cars and finds nearby hotels, helping me avoid forgetfulness.

I have only been using Navan a few months since joining my new company and its great! The ease of uploaded a receipt is the easiest and the notifications you receive when I need to approve a member on my teams transaction is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I wish you would receive better points for booking personal travel through the app.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the ease of viewing a receipt my team member uploaded to verify this transaction is approved. I do not have to waste time chasing my team member for receipt.

  ### 49. Flexible and Convenient for Business Travel

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allyson M. | Associate Director, Global Publication Planning

I like the ease with which I can cancel a trip or change my flight; that flexibility is key. I appreciate that I can book my trip without worrying about being charged for alterations, which is helpful when I need to adjust my plans for business or personal reasons. I believe it gives me priority boarding on planes with group 3, and that is a nice feature. The initial setup was very easy, and I had no issues.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 50. Convenient and User-Friendly with Great UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sash R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really appreciate the excellent UI and UX of Navan (Formerly TripActions), which makes it very convenient to use. The integration with Snapchat's travel policies is another feature that adds to its convenience. I also found the initial setup to be very easy and straightforward and really enjoyed the session provided by the Navan team.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I'm unsure about the points and benefits from business trips, which I can use for personal trips. It's not clear to me how best I can leverage these points compared to other similar online platforms like credit card points. I'm also looking for clarity on features like TSA PreCheck, lounge access, etc.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan (Formerly TripActions) handles policy checks and is a convenient, user-friendly app. It integrates well with Snapchat's travel policies, making travel arrangements smoother.
