It was very easy to make the change over to Navan. We love that Navan keeps track of all our airline credits so it's much easier to re-book and use these credits for travel. The helpdesk is very responsive, helpful, and offers many solutions. It took only a few months to get the entire company to use Navan and had increased travel booking through this platform. I love the nice, user friendly interace. It's easier to book trips, and most especially, filing for expenses. From the way the system easily capture receipt information from just taking a picture and the ability to be able to get reimbursements as you complete it! I was really impressed with Naavan's user-friendly platform. It was so easy to find and book the perfect accommodations for my trip. I particularly appreciate how Naavan seamlessly links my rewards programs, allowing me to maximize my savings and gain points on my personal award accounts. It's so quick and easy to use the app.You can take photos of your receipts using your phone. The app is well-made and very intuitive. It takes the dread out of filing an expense report.I also like that I can add my purchase card straight to my phone's wallet & make quick contactless payments using my phone. It would be nice to view your transations per card right on the spend bar / spend limit - some times I forget that the transaction page is somewhere else and it's bit of a roundabout way to see how much you've spent & how much is left Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate how comprehensive Navan is. It's helpful that you're able to manage all aspects of a trip (rental car, flight, hotel, etc) from the same place and it's also nice to see rates from a number of providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Two areas where I think Navan could improve are 1. Making changes to a trip is sometimes very slow and I've had errors when trying to make changes that it took just persistence to resolve and 2. For hotels specifically sometimes Navan doesn't show all the options in rural areas. There have been places I've tried to find a hotel for through Navan and it doesn't show any options, but if I go to the hotel website directly, it will show hotels in the area. I had issues when trying to visualize the plane ticket details. I had issues when trying to visualize the hotel details.

I had issues with the hotel payment, maybe here there might be a company policy issue, but still, it wasn't clear when the payment was going to be performed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can input all of my rewards numbers so that when I book something it is automatically applied and I can get the rewards even when traveling for work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much that I dislike about Navan. Although when canceling a trip, you are not able to get refunded as it is booked through a 3rd party and pre-paid for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
