What do you dislike about National Gift Card? Only dislike is that it will not work on some new websites/apps. But worked on all popupar websites. We have been sending some gift cards to our customers, and the best part about NGC is that our customers can get a lot of variety and are not just stuck with an option where they can't use the gift card. I think the portal can be made more intuitive and simple to use, because some of our customers have been saying that they need help with gift card generation, I feel that if portal UI is change slightly, it can do wonders.
