Beyond the platform, I have found the customer support, in particular our Customer Success Manager Kelly Honke to be an amazing resource as I onboarded to Director's Desk from another board portal. **What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?** As a former Director's Desk user, there are features I miss from DD in Nasdaq Boardvantage. Once you know the platform it is easy to navigate, but it is not always intuiative, and I wish it was a bit easier for those who do not work in it every day to find what they need when they do go into the portal (perhaps once/month). **What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?** I realize it is key for security purposes (which is why we use it), but that you have to log in every time is cumbersome. I called the service number at 8.45pm one night after desperately trying to put together a boardbook. Our IT department had rolled out a security patch that had affected my ability to link documents to my agenda automatically. Gabrielle (despite being in a country far from mine) patiently and methodically helped me trouble shoot a few things and then (when we couldn't resolve the problem without my IT department becoming involved) assisted me to build my boardbook manually. Her professional, yet friendly, manner was just what I needed. She made sure I could build my boardbook before signing off with me, and then sent me a document clearly outlining what my IT department needed to do, and also included the instructions for building a boardbook manually should I ever need it in the future.
