**What do you like best about Narvar?**

It is a proven concept and has got to become the big player on the post purchase and return in the market. I enjoy being a customer as well as watching the company grow!

**What do you dislike about Narvar?**

This is not negative feedback but would like to see their product release launch new features faster to market.

**What problems is Narvar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a seamless solution for our customers to track their packages. We are now talking to Narvar for a return solution.

That we're able to automatize our internal processes so that reduce time for our agents.

When we have an exception, it's a manual task and we don't have a clear solution from narvar to fix all the exceptions.

Automatazing our tracking information to our customers and reducing time consuming in our CS team with ouor returns.

Good service and amazing platform!
I had a good experience using Narvar for returns, so an intuitive app and easy to connect to our System.

The customer suponer provided was good kind and useful to solve all doubts that we had in the implementation stage!

**What do you like best about Narvar?**

The best thing about Narvar is the backend interface, really easy for our team members to customise content blocks and swap in and out localized content, seasonally.

**What do you dislike about Narvar?**

We are not receiving a lot of clicks through our Shipping Tracker page, but could be an issue with the content we are promoting. Continuing to test and hope to see ROI.

**What problems is Narvar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An additional touch point where we can market to users after they make a purchase. This opens up a series of opportunities to remarket as part of post-purchase strategy, as well as engage users who are waiting on their product to arrive.

The staff at Narvar assisted with setup and made the transition from another provider seamless. They helped us implement our existing return policies and provided guidance on best practices.

**What do you dislike about Narvar?**

I would like to see Narvar add an automatic rate-shop feature where the program would select the best return label for the customer depending on their location and return size.

**What problems is Narvar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Narvar is streamlining the process for our customers to request returns and receive labels. It helps our staff track and manage returns.

Narvar's implementation and customer success teams are extremely attentive, easy to communicate with, and quick to provide a response. It's not a submit a ticket and wait approach.

It's not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Communicating with our customers about the status of their shipments via email and text messaging.

Narvar Returns & Exchanges has been a great returns RMA system for the brand. The only downside is the analytics, its a bit a stretch to get deeper in visibility.

The analytics are a bit lacking and difficult to export

They are collaborative to work with and provide relevant recommendations for products and improvements. They are quick to respond when issues arise and work together with us to problem solve.

Nothing comes to mind to be honest. They are great to work with on the whole.

Helping us keep our customers informed about where their packages are, which instills/maintains confidence in our brand and reduces calls to our customer service team.

Narvar makes it easy to add create an experience that is reflective of your brand through the use of your own imagery, copy, colors, and fonts.

It can be confusing to make updates to your pages.  You may need technical assistance from the team in order to figure out all of the settings.

**What problems is Narvar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ways in which Narvar presents tracking information are already familiar to end users so there is less risk of someone not understanding what they are looking at.

Narvar helped us to provide our customers with more insight into their orders without having to call our CS team. This saves us a ton of time!

It took us a while to set up, but that was likely due to our dev team.

Customers can easily track their packages, and manage their orders in one place.

I feel like the tracking information given is very reliable.

I feel at times the narvar is slow at listing the scans on the tracking.

I feel like lost packages, and return-to-sender packages are being dealt with diligently.

The program itself is pretty great it does a lot for returns and tracking.

**What do you dislike about Narvar?**

It took us nearly 6 months to fully onboard. Making adjustments to the program through our 2 years with them was so hard and support was HORRIBLE.

It is not solving problems for us as we stopped using it.

I like how the information is sent to the customer and they can see exactly when their order is updated and moving, and we can also this as well on our end and usually matches what the customer is seeing.

**What do you dislike about Narvar?**

Every now and then it will be down for a bit and I must manually send tracking information to the customer, but very rarely. If this could improve, that would make it perfect!

Seems like they appreciate feedback and that helps solve problems and also, reactively solves issues when it is down and tracking info must be sent manually to the customer.

It's nice to have all of the tracking look the same, and customers can get used to seeing the same each time.

I dislike that they could maybe have a better tracking system for the customers. So when the customer checks the tracking they can see the real-time ETA

I love that it gives customers easy to read information about their order. I also like the style and layout that Narvar uses. It's very visually pleasing.

**What do you dislike about Narvar?**

The dates do not always match up with our tracking info or the carriers tracking info. It would be great if that could be improved because it is really my only complaint so far.

**What problems is Narvar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As stated above, the delivery dates do not always match with the other provider's information. The benefits have been really for our customers. They get clear, easy to read information that tells them when their order is coming. Everyone loves getting those notifications

Functionality of this platform and the ability to do almost all customization manually through the hub portal. 

**What do you dislike about Narvar?**

Real-time reporting could be a bit more in-depth and comprehensive. 

**Recommendations to others considering Narvar:**

Definitely look into this product. The Narvar team is exceptional, always making improvements and recommendations to improve the mutual business relationship. 

**What problems is Narvar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to cut down on customer service inquiries for basic questions (ex: WISMO?) so our agents can focus on more complicated inquiries. We are also able to keep the entire customer journey branded.

**What do you like best about Narvar?**

What I liked best about Narvar was the easy of implementation. Very little to no work had to be done internally. We were up and running in 2-3 weeks.

**What do you dislike about Narvar?**

My biggest gripe is not really Narvar's fault ---- but because we have a home grown ecom solution, the way we pass parameters back to Narvar didn't allow us to take advantage of more custom messaging (based on category level).

I do wish that we had the ability to access a dashbaord/admin for self-service updates. For now, we have to contact Narvar and they schedule it for a weekly release.

**Recommendations to others considering Narvar:**

Double check your ecom platform to see if you can pass get variables in order to take advantage of customization (based on products / category). 

**What problems is Narvar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being that we are a luxury brand, customer experience at all touch points is very important to us. Narvar allowed us to make a small change that helped complete our users' experience so that all touch points were elevated.
