Narmi delivers on what they say they can do. That has been true even for items they’ve said are roadmapped for future development. With other vendors, you often hear about features that are “coming,” but they may or may not ever happen within the timeline promised. Narmi actually follows through and delivers on those promises. I use Narmi for digital account opening. They have helped increase deposit growth and simplified the onboarding process for new members. I really appreciate that they are forward-thinking and constantly evolving. I find the support system tough to follow. Support tickets are submitted via email, and it would be much easier to have a JIRA or a dashboard where we can track and follow tickets, instead of having to reference multiple emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
