It handled custom requirements pretty well and even worked great out of the box. Required considerable support from Nanonets. Not entirely sure whether the issue was with Nanonets or the ERP. One thing that can be improved is the time taken to show the results. Upon first uploading a PDF of tabular data, it was very accurate but gave many options for preparing and editing the results in-place. I was very impressed by the support for granularly editing column by column what was extracted. But what was more pleasing was that I did not have to make that many edits to the extracted data. It's OCR seems very well tuned. **What do you dislike about Nanonets?** It's quite expensive for a single user. It would be nice to have an intermediate pricing option for infrequent usage or fewer seats. It is easy to customize, it is perfect to use for handwritten forms (which we get a lot of at our organization), and I haven't seen software capturing handwritten text the way Nanonets does. It took me half an hour to tell the AI what I wanted to know. Some minutes after I submitted some of my scans I got an E-Mail telling me that they were processed. The results were amazingly precise.
