But the implementation and support teams take this service to another level because they are very responsive and cater their platform to your specific needs. The Nanonets team also did the initial model training work as well as provided custom logic to match to fields in our ERP for integration. Even after implementation when using support they have been able to add features from my feedback and continue to add to the platform. There are plenty of options for integrations and they frequently add more. **What do you dislike about Nanonets?** I don't have many complaints about Nanonets platform. It can be a little pricy if your volume is not high. A highlight of the product is that its OCR technology is more advanced (by far) than anything else we saw. We did a thorough evaluation of competing technologies and no other tool would get the accuracy, speed, ease of integration and scaling we got with Nanonets. **What do you dislike about Nanonets?** Our project involved working with hundreds of thousands of challenging files. Some were really old. A nice capability could be to have more control on which files have already been processed and which haven't (for example, if we needed to reprocess one single page of a PDF, we would need to extract it manually and upload it manually to the platform). It would be very useful to have a control tool that could simplify that. As a creative agency, all hands on deck typically focus on creative work and so triaging and redirecting these emails to the right point of contact internally was a huge drain of time. Nanonets helped set up a workflow where all emails are first read by Nanonets AI and traiged into different buckets: support tickets, inbound leads or prospective clients, vendor outreach and spam. Emails tagged as such are forwarded to the right people who can take immediate next steps. The support has been great since the very start. They are very quick to address our questions and needs that we have. Even during the evaluation process, Nanonets stood out from others as willing partners to get our needs met. It didn't take us too long to get our first implemenation into Production. We have weekly meetings to go over our next Production implementations and to address any questions that we may have. Along with the service and support, the actual Nanonets solution is easy for the users to use and navigate. And the solution allows customazation using Python, lookups, and custom data actions that allow any business need to be addressed. **What do you dislike about Nanonets?** The only thing that comes to mind is somtimes the OCR mappings are incorrect, less than 1%. This hasn't been a major issuse for us, and maybe part of the initial AI training process. I imagine other. I had an old data source from a statistical yearbook, given to me as fotographs of pdf files. i needed nanonts to read those old tables, and I needed it to understand that sometimes rows of data would not even be along straight lines - for example the yearbook had tables spanning over 2 pages, if the second page was slightly twisted during the process of taking the photograph, the second page would not line up exactly. very difficul for a standard OCR. nanonets had no problem with this setup, and I had to do no extra training or tuning for this to work. **What do you dislike about Nanonets?** I guess custom models would need to be trained by the user, not sure that is a areal downside though. **What problems is Nanonets solving and how is that benefiting you?** OCR techniques using deep learning - read data from image files to help machine processing of the data further down the line. basically data is stored on a piece of paper, nanonets will help to get the data into a machine readable format. ### 38. There was quite a lot to test with the workflow and integrations we required. Last I checked, the automated workflow we set up with Nanonets was processing around 10k+ documents per month.
