## Nango Reviews
 ### 1. Effortless Integration with Robust Backfilling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ernesto M. | Ingeniero, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I like how Nango has built-in capabilities that save me time by not having to build individual integrations with providers like Intercom, Slack, or Reddit. The support for backfilling existing events is what made us migrate to Nango, as we needed to study old and historic events in addition to the newer ones. This feature saves a lot of time by allowing me to take advantage of Nango's abstraction layer, expecting the same payload every time instead of sifting through providers' documentation. The initial setup was super easy, taking just a day for research and another two for implementation.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

I don't really found anything big. Probably the price could be cheaper. Maybe adding more out of the box tool for handling Triggers from providers. They are like listener but they aren't documented, you still have to go to the providers documentation to learn about this.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nango's built-in capabilities to save time by avoiding building individual integrations. It simplifies the backfilling of historic events, providing an abstraction layer to handle consistent payloads.

 ### 2. Nango Streamlines Integrations and Boosts Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav K. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

Nango is a platform integrating software that help our business in connecting with different type of useful online tools that could benefit our operations and customer experience. The software saves us a lot of time and money because we don't need to build everything from the scratch.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

Initially we thought that nango will really saves us a lot of money and resources that we earlier used to spend in maintaining a tech team but for handling this tool also currently we have hired a set of professional developers so that multiple integrations of this platform can be handled easily but we didn't know that even maintaining these developers will also be quite costly.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier for building connections with platforms like Google, slack, hubspot etc was really time taking and a lengthy process because these are some of the most versatile tools available and the resources involved in maintaining all these integrations were also costly but after installing nango the cost has not been much decreased but we are able to save a lot of time in handling all the integrations and their benifits.

 ### 3. Effortless Integration, Excellent Documentation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt T.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I really like Nango for its simplicity in integrating with providers, as it always uses the same endpoint, no matter the provider. This makes my job significantly easier and saves a lot of manual work. I also appreciate that Nango offers a safe, boilerplate-like solution for calling endpoints. The documentation is another big plus—it's helpful and clearly explains how to connect to the provider both in Nango and on the provider's developer app. The initial setup was extremely easy, which was a pleasant surprise.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

Their pricing is a bit odd to me. The free version allows for 10 connections while the paid version allows only for 20. Doubling the connections on this tier upgrade seems weird. I would expect to not have to pay for extra connections only after doubling the connections when compared to the free tier.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango makes connecting and calling integrations so much easier. It simplifies the process of integrating with providers by using a common connection endpoint, which reduces manual work. Their good documentation also helps in setting up connections clearly.

 ### 4. Truly Plug-and-Play: Straightforward and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill L. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nango?**

Nango is truly plug-and-play for us. We’ve had very few challenges with the platform so far, and overall it’s been straightforward to use.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

The lack of training materials makes onboarding difficult.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At a high level, Nango takes away much of the complexity involved in building and maintaining API integrations—often one of the most painful and time-consuming parts of developing any SaaS or AI product.

 ### 5. Seamless Integration, Exceptional Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcel S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I love that Nango works seamlessly with other clients, which makes it a wonderful solution at a great price. It helps us integrate multiple solutions like Slack, Discord, and Google Docs into our system, and we use it to integrate with our AI agents on our platform and marketplace. I think it's a very good use case for a lot of things. I've also found the connections very reliable and am quite happy with them. The custom UI for integrations is a great feature, and it's been a good experience overall. The initial setup was very easy, taking less than 48 hours.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

Nothing really

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango solves our authentication problem, making it easier for partners to connect integrations like Google Drive and external services into our system.

 ### 6. Nango Review: My Experience and What Stood Out

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajeet Y. | Subject Matter Expert, E-Learning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

One new thing I really like about Nango is how the prebuilt API integrations save a lot of time when connecting third-party services. Since it’s open source, it’s easy to adjust or extend features without feeling restricted, and the built in security gives confidence while working with sensitive data. Overall, it has been a smooth experience and genuinely helpful in reducing development effort.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

So far, things have been working well for me, and I have not faced any major issues. If anything, I feel Nango could improve by offering a bit more documentation or beginner friendly examples to speed up onboarding. It’s not a blocker but it would make the learning curve even smoother.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost efficiency and integration of multiple APIs.

 ### 7. One-Click Solutions with Easy Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I appreciate Nango for its integration list, which helps reduce development time, and I find its one-point click solutions very convenient. I also like that the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

I don't like that there are multiple apps like the MS365 suite or Google Workspace that require separate rollouts, like Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive, SharePoint, and MS Teams. It's annoying to have to paste settings details for multiple integration setups.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango provides one-click solutions for CRM, datasource, and interactions, reducing development time with its extensive integration list.

 ### 8. Exceptional Integration Tool with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick C.

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I have been using Nango for about a year, and it has been instrumental in synchronizing customer data to our platform through its integration capabilities, effectively enhancing our workflow systems. I was particularly impressed with Nango's intuitive system and comprehensive documentation, which greatly facilitated a quick and smooth setup, allowing us to build a prototype rapidly. The initial setup was user-friendly, and while there is a slight learning curve, the UI and documentation are well-structured, aiding in a nimble start. Additionally, I found the responsive customer support team incredibly valuable, particularly their Slack support, where I received quick and helpful responses to my queries. One instance where Nango's dedication shone through was when one of their founding team members proactively contacted us about a usage spike and waived the associated costs, an act of goodwill and understanding that greatly bolstered our trust and loyalty. Nango's Auth system and proxy capabilities stand out, providing effortless data retrieval and the ability to implement custom integrations, which grants us the flexibility and control to meet specific customer needs. These features collectively save us significant time, enabling us to focus on developing unique features for our platform, thereby improving our competitiveness and agility. I highly appreciate the level of customer care provided by Nango's team, which extends beyond mere business interactions, showcasing their genuine concern for customer satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

Nothing yet...

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nango to quickly synchronize customer data, speeding up integrations with third-party systems. It saves us time, allowing focus on unique platform features, boosting our competitiveness and agility.

 ### 9. Powerful Connections, Needs Better Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Petr R. | Founder & Lead Researcher

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I really appreciate how Nango allows me to connect my customers to any third-party platform without the hassle of building and maintaining connections myself. This feature is incredibly beneficial as it lets me focus more on developing my app instead of worrying about the intricacies of integration. The sheer number of possible connections that Nango offers is impressive and has been a clear deciding factor for me. This capability is not only versatile but pivotal, as I use multiple integrations for platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Amazon Ads, with plans to expand to more social media connections. This variety supports both my current marketing app needs and future scalability, especially as we consider AI integrations. These powerful integration capabilities help streamline my processes and significantly enhance my business operations.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

I found the onboarding process for Nango to be quite confusing. It felt like the setup was 'obvious to those who build it, difficult to those who use it.' I struggled initially with understanding what was required, such as the difference between dev and prod environments in Nango and what to add to scopes. The statistics were also showing zero, even when I had connections, which added to the confusion. I feel that Nango needs to provide clearer guidance, perhaps with a walkthrough, to help new users understand what is needed and why. An AI assistant could also be beneficial for users who are unsure how to proceed during setup.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can connect my customers to any 3rd party platform without building and maintaining connections, allowing me to focus on my app development.

 ### 10. Developer-Friendly Integration With Stellar Support

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I have been using Nango for a few months to help with product integrations, and it has been an awesome experience. One of the standout features for me is how developer-friendly it is, coupled with its excellent documentation. This synergy contributed to an easy setup process, making it a pleasure to use from the very start. Nango has enabled us to offer integrations to our customers, which has significantly enhanced their satisfaction and happiness. The Connect UI feature is particularly great for user experience, as it simplifies the process of connecting an integration seamlessly. Additionally, the overall simplicity of Nango is a huge plus, making it a product I would definitely choose again.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

I would like to have a customizable Connect UI (hosted).

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango enables seamless customer integrations with developer-friendly features and great documentation, enhancing customer satisfaction. Its simplicity and ease of connecting integrations improve our user experience.

 ### 11. API integration platform for developers.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikas K. | Senior Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I as software developer, we need to integration as our main job is to get the data from different apps twitter linkedin instagram and show insights to the customer , create dashbaorad and everthing , so we need to create api to get the data, so nango helps simply the process, instead of writing complex Oauth code or managing token is done easily here, it refresh the token automatically

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

documentation is bit confusing because the documentation doesn’t always explain everything clearly. It took me some time to figure out a few things on my own, need to research and get help from chatgpt or grok to understand its documentation

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we usually push the data to hubspot, so that our sales team gets leads to call up the customers who visited our konnect insights website, so syncing of data to this 3rd party app becomes easy

 ### 12. Cost-Effective OAuth Integration for B2B Platforms

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benedikt G. | Freelancer as Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I appreciate Nango for its cost-effectiveness compared to other vendors like StackOne, which were significantly more expensive. Nango efficiently helps in integrating with other platforms, acting as an OAuth keyholder, which is superb for managing the OAuth process. This functionality is crucial as it securely holds the OAuth keys during user registration, streamlining our operations and enhancing our B2B AI SaaS platform’s capabilities by centralizing key management. Although the initial setup of Nango was not perfectly smooth, it was manageable and did not pose significant issues. Overall, the value Nango provides through its pricing and keyholder capability substantially supports my work.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

Nothing

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nango to integrate with other platforms, acting as an OAuth keyholder, which simplifies our processes.

 ### 13. A tool that helps to share data between multiple applications

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shruti S. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

Nango is one of the most unique software that helps our business in transferring of data from one application to another. This software is also secured and it controls the transfer in such a way that there is no chances or possibility of data leakage or fraudulent. The integration of softwares becomes simple due to availability of nango and also it saves us a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

One of the main challenge that we are facing till now after installation of nango is the cost of its monthly maintenance, which is little bit on the higher side and even for small and simple data transfer now we use this platform and day by day we are becoming more dependent on this which is not a good sign at same time after using it for 2 or 3 years we have realised that it is not necessary important for us to work with his premium plans and free version is also enough for us.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a car detailing industry exchange of information between different franchise is our one of the most important daily task and nango is the platform that creates a stable and secure data transfer bridge between all the different franchise ecosystem on which we are working so I must say that it is the tool that has really helped us in saving a lot of time and keep our data safe during exchange with another software and applications.

 ### 14. Nango is like a developer tool that easily helps to manage third party APIs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepak K. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

It saves a lot of time to all the developer working in our company as after the installation of nango we does need to build custom APIs from the scratch. The plaform is transparent and also open source software so,
our developer host it by them themselves without facing any major challenges.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

The software needs a professional developer who can work on this tool as it is very difficult for non- technical person to do even small changes to the settings of this tool. We have also faced lots of challenges while installing few latest APIs as it does not supports them at all and their are some other plaforms available in the market that simply allows all kinds of APIs installations.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We we mostly use the software for data privacy and two factor authentication but the software also helped us in keeping all the data of our company updated in real time scenarios also I have noticed that this software has helped in improving the workflow and brought more automation in the business in very short duration of time.

 ### 15. Effortless Salesforce Integration, Affordable Pricing

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I love using Nango for Salesforce integration because it saved me months; what would have taken months was achieved in just two weeks. I appreciate its ease of use and the great documentation. The pricing is affordable, making it accessible. The initial setup was quite straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

-

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango drastically reduced integration time from months to just two weeks. It's easy to use with great documentation.

 ### 16. Streamlined Integration, Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paolo C.

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I highly appreciate Nango for the ease it brings to handling Shopify integration for the past six months. Their team's support is invaluable, providing guidance on technical decisions and being readily available for calls whenever requested. This level of support has made the set-up process much less daunting. Additionally, I admire how Nango abstracts integration authentication, significantly simplifying our operations. Their syncs and actions facilitate separating integration-specific code from our business logic, greatly benefiting our workflow and maintaining clarity in our codebase.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

n/a

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango helps by abstracting integration authentication and logic, separating it from business logic, which simplifies integration and maintains clean code structure.

 ### 17. Nango helped us to increase security of our assets by controlling multiple in our company workflow.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andriy S. | Back End Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

The most helpful is flexibility of Nango and its effectiveness in controlling multiple integrations. For example, we import our developers from our Slack channel, however we frequently needed to delete and add different developers depending on the project we are working on. It's very easy with Nango to delete all developers and then add only those who are responsible for the current project.

Additional advantage is its flexibility in the way you work with Nango. I am as a manager using browser to monitor and control integrations, but if we have a custom job - I can write a simple JavaScript functions and do everything by in a custom way. The app is pretty easy to start using - github repository contains demo application and for me was not hard to start working. We work with Nango every day and happy with the final result.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

Nango is using NodeJS as a server and JavaScript is not the most flexible language to write an effective app, I would prefer to have it in Python and markdown. And of course you have to pay for everything you do, however it is worth it.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango is solving problem of weak security because of integrations. In software development you never build anything from the scratch - you build your software by using other people packages. When you add integrations with other software your security maybe at risk and you usually forgot about it. For example, if someone is left the company his access right should be revoked. With Nango it is easy to catch up and do not undermine the security of your assets.

 ### 18. Intuitive UI and SDK, But Availability Issues Need Attention

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rogerio O. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

Great User Interface and intuitive typescript SDK

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

We had issues with availability and faulty http status code

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allow us to simplify auth tokens management for multiple integrations. We also use it for the proxy and email sync with webhooks features. It provides a single interface we can rely on for multiple providers.

 ### 19. Excellent Support Makes Up for Lacking Documentation

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I liked the customer support. There was always someone available to quickly assist when I was running into any issues with the integration.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

The lack of documentations. Most of the documentations I found were dated or hard to understand / follow. Some things I needed were completely missing from the documents and I had to reach out to customer support directly for answers.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango allows us to pull documents from other apps to train our AIs.

 ### 20. Seamless API integration made easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhwanil D. | Associate Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I think Nango does a great job of simplifying API integrations. Rather than having to manage separate authentication, token, and API issues, it offers a single access point that simplifies the process tremendously. Pre-built integrations take a lot of time out of the process, as they do not require custom code for each service to be developed and maintained.
Its handling of automatic token refreshing is a major asset point, eliminating a source of frequent headaches when dealing with multiple third party APIs. It guarantees that integrations are always connected without user interaction, which leads to increased reliability. On the whole, Nango is a revolution when it comes to the ease of API connectivity and it lets me concentrate on being a developer instead of on integrations.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

An area of potential enhancement is the writing of documentation - it is good, but sometimes lacks practical examples or more direct treatment of more obscure edge cases. A step-by-step guide for the specific scenario would be very useful. Additionally, though the pre-packaged integrations save lots of time, there are times that I require an API which isn't currently offered, in which case I still need to implement some custom logic. Overall, Nango is a good platform, but it could be further improved by supporting even more APIs and making the doc more understandable. Although Customer support could have been better.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango makes it much more convenient to integrate multiple third-party APIs by exposing a single, common-way for working with them. Typically, when setting up and maintaining multiple API connections one has to cope with different authentication protocols, token renewal behavior, as well as with API incoherency. Nango handles all of that, so I don't have to write and maintain their own integration code for each service.
It saves much time and human resources, particularly when long APIs are considered. It also lends itself much more elegantly to scaling up, if I need to add a new integration, I don't have to rebuild from the ground up. Besides I do not have to worry about failed API calls or expired credentials because there is built-in token management and error handling. However, it takes away many of the typical pains of interfacing with APIs, allowing me to spend more time on coding and less on debugging.

 ### 21. Makes API Integration much less painful and faster

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roshish S. | Mid-Level Flutter Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

With the wide choice of 400+ third-party API and pre-built connectors, I do not need to deal with the repetitive task of handling oauth flows, rate limits etc. I think this is a platform designed by developers, for developers due to such ease of implementation and integration.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

While the tool is quite powerful, it also comes with a downside of the steep learning curve for first-time users. There might be some need of custom setup in specific use cases. Luckily I am a technical person, but non-technical users will likely need developer assistance.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango helped us integrate third party applications by handling auth, token refresh and complex API logics without much hassle. It did save us countless development hours and was very worth it.

 ### 22. I sync asana projects by using nango very smoothly.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anugya P. | Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I used nango for the integration of asana very smoothly, nango provides features in left side pannel integrations in which templates are available , connections which shows the successfully authenticated platform, log for the observing automations related integrations, environment settings provides about backend setting & notification setting that is webhook. Its very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

I used nango as middleware for the integrations & it have amazing features so, no dislikes from my side.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used nango for the embedded integrations of the platforms. I makes the connection of external system in nango & then use its API for the fetching data & implements the logic for the data send to another platform.so, i have done my tasks with help of nango in very less time & it saves my time & efforts. It have very easy user interface.I used nango to fetch the asana projects & its related tasks from asana platform .

 ### 23. Custom API Integeration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aurora M. | IT Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I use nango to integerate various 3rd party API's in out project. It is a highly effictive tool. It has 300+ pre built integeration configuration that allows me to connect any application with it easily like slack, gmail, and salesforce. The best thing is its opensource and it gives the flexibility to customize the API as per our need that makes our development process easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

I don't hate any feature but I have some improvent like if they start provideing more detailed setup documentation that would we a greatful and it also be good if they start providing the automatic setup rather than manual that would be benifficial.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango help us to speed up the development process. It provides pre build integeration that help us to focus on development of core feature rather than API configuration and setup. It save our time and resource.

 ### 24. My Experience with Nango

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prabhupratik P. | Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I am a full stack Web Developer at my company Zairza . I have worked on multiple projects along with my team . In our projects we do multiple API testings on various platforms trying to find our best fit . But recently I used nango in one of our team projects , and I can say that it was a really good experience , I would like to note down a few features

Lot of Api integrations - This is by far the best feature I have seen in Nango , where you can find pre-built integrations for more than 300 APIs, including popular services like Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, and Stripe.

Easy to use OAuth- Managing OAuth flows is a little difficult with other softwares but with Nango, I found the User Interface quite user friendly

Its Open Source - Means we can directly connect with the developers regarding the application and immediately fix some errors

Easy for backend - In the last few weeks I have used it for backend multiple times , because there is no need to write huge lines of boilerplate code for each Api, as Nango manages it all in the background

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

There aren't a lot of things I dislike about Nango but still I Could point out a few

Documentation - The problem in the documentation is that it is not detailed, when I first tried to understand the docs , I found it quite difficult to implement, so I had to refer to some videos to finally Understand

Pricing - Although its free for small use upto 3 projects but while working with a team , you require multiple projects and for that I found its price little bit expensive

Limited Frontend Support - This is more focused on backend , so providing less features for frontend integration

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has simplified the Integration of OAuth and API s with a large number of options.

Nango automatically creates refresh and access token so there is hassle of creating it on our own in the project.

It is very scalable if you want to use multiple API integrations in a single project.

Its quite easy for a beginner to understand if they are new to OAuth Applications

Lastly, its open source , so its developer friendly

 ### 25. Effortless API Integration with User-friendly Setup and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyanshu A. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I really appreciate how much time Nango saves when working with multiple APIs. The platform takes care os a lot of the complicated API- specific tasks, so I can focus on building features.
It's easy to use because of its intuitive user interface which makes it convenient for daily use.
The support team is always quick to help , and the logs make troubleshooting a lot easier. Having access to the shared repo is also a big plus. It's great to see how things work under the hood and make adjustments if necessary.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

Users may face Some challenges while using Nango like configuring, testing ,and managing OAuth approvals, still require manual handling and cannot be entirely offloaded to Nango.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our use case involves managing SaaS accounts for customers , automating account creation and deletion when employees join or leave. Each app's API is different , but Nango abstracts these differences, allowing us to write integration code once while it handles API-specific nuances.
This reduces the development efforts significantly ,though we still need to configure OAuth settings and manage app approvals. Nango hasnhelped us streamline account management across multiple apps, enhancing our operational efficiency

 ### 26. using Nango is very easy and useful for the development and Nango offers a promising solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya G. | i am a student and use for my projects, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I like Nango because it makes connecting different apps way easier. Instead of learning how each app's special code works, Nango gives you one simple way to talk to many of them. It saves a lot of time and frustration, especially when you need to connect to lots of different services.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

as much i have used i find it helpful and faced a very less issue ,but learning and implementation is time consuming

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango tackles the problem of disparate and complex API integrations by offering a unified interface, thereby reducing development overhead, improving scalability, and simplifying authentication and authorization, which ultimately benefits developers by accelerating development cycles, increasing efficiency, reducing maintenance burdens, and enhancing the overall developer experience.

 ### 27. Not a silver bullet but can help accelerate integrating with 3rd party APIs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rémi C. | Senior Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

- The support team is very responsive
- Troubleshooting through the platform's logs works pretty well
- Having access to a shared repo allows peeking under the hood when needed

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

It still requires a decent amount of technical knowledge to integrate with the API, so the time saved by using Nango depend on having a large number of apps integrated there.

To me one of the biggest hurdles of integrating with 3rd party apps is configuring, testing, and oauth approvals, and these can unfortunately not be delegated to a third party service like Nango.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We help our customers manager their SaaS accounts, which requires them to create and delete accounts when employees join or leave their companies. We automate this process for as many apps as possible so that accounts are managed automatically, which requires integrating with these apps APIs. All these apps use different APIs but can be abstracted by Nango. So we're only implementing the integration code with Nango, and Nango manages the translation into the various 3rd party API calls. This removes implementation work, but we still often need to configure our organization's OAuth settings for many of these apps, and optionally getting approval before the app can be distributed.

 ### 28. Great product that only continues to improve with an amazing and responsive team supporting it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack D. | Principle Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

The team is very responsive to issues and the product works great. Its very extendible and customisable for a huge range of use cases and the developer experience is great and only continues to improve.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

Some apis/services may not be available directly through nango, but as it's open source this can be solved by simply adding support through a pr yourself which is incredible.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use a nango to sync important contextual data our users connect such as their calendar and email inbox. Nango manages all of the painful parts that come with this such as secure access and refresh token storage, refreshing access tokens periodically, running sync scripts defined by us on their infra to fetch the required new data from the users connected accounts. This allowed us to move very quickly and build out integrations into multiple email providers such as gmail and outlook all while interacting with the same primitive objects for both services through the fact that nango allows you to build a unified api into different services.

 ### 29. The ultimate Weapon to integrate Nango with any platform.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhruv G. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I like the best about nango is that it helps me to integrate any platform I want like salesforce , shopify and hubspot etc... and save a lot of time for me and also It is very easy to use while authentication and while data syncing.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

What is dilike about is nothing but I suggest that in current time it will not cover the most of the cases so I just want that it will update and cover most of the cases it can.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Salesforce developer I really helps me in the complex authentication proccess because while working with multiple third party platform the authenticationis very complex and it also provides the automatic data syncing and the most important thing is it is saving my lot of time.

 ### 30. Nango Provides Streamline Integration Option For Our API

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their features like embedded integration and API integration help a lot in development of any application. Their services and open source platform make our work easy and hassle free. Overall, I like all about Nango and they have really best integration option for SaaS integration.

 ### 31. Simplifying the Complexities of API Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kendra R. | Senior Software Development Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

the built in connectors for discord, shopify and gitHub save me hours. I have all my integrations on one place on the dashboard and can easily monitor everything. Testing without risking real data is great with the sandbox mode.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

It could be time saving if the search functionality was smarter for e.g filtering by region or industry. Also there is no built in analytics for the API metrics performance and I am really forced to use third party tools which i dont like.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saved me from having to manage 15+ APIs in a client project because instead of writing individual code for all of them I use nangos unified interface. It auto syncs data and errors which help me work faster.

 ### 32. Seamless API Integration – A Game-Changing Transformation.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhujaya B. | Revenue Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

One of the best things about Nango is how it simplifies API integrations. No more hours (or days) wasted working around rate limits, authentication, and pagination. Nango takes care of all that for you. The pre-built templates and one API paradigm make it a breeze to integrate with multiple third-party services at once. And the real-time sync ensures your data is current without needing to do anything extra. It's a huge time-saver for developers

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

Nango is an excellent tool, but like anything, it does have a few things that it can be worked on. One is that while it does support a lot of APIs, there may not be some of the niche or less commonly used integrations yet. Second, to those who are just beginning with it, perhaps there would be a little learning curve to understanding everything about it and how to install it. But the documentation itself is excellent, and once you learn how the thing works, it's a breeze!

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango does away with the inconvenience of managing complex API integrations by handling authentication, rate limiting, pagination, and real-time data syncing. Instead of spending hours coding and debugging individual API connections, I can make integrations in minutes using Nango's pre-designed templates and one API. This is time-saving, reduces maintenance effort, and allows me to focus on building features rather than integration nightmares

 ### 33. "Best API Integration Tool"

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** venkata medha shankar P. | security analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

Overall the Nango platform is good. The price is not considerable, but have not found a tool to do work better

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Nango is great for time consuming for API Integrations. we used to build it manually which it takes weeks or months of time, after using this Nango it is reducing the development time where Nango provides pre-built integrations for 400+ APIs.

 ### 34. Good APIs Integration tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kushagra G. | Social Media Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

Nango is a good tool that will help you with integrations of different APIs. The integration is easy, fas and hence saves a lot of time, as it has a very simple and eeasy-to-understand userinterface, but yes it's easy to use and you not need do to roam on the web for guides on how to use it.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

Using it for like past 2 months in my development projects, didn't find anything disliking but some compatibility problem could be there with API versions.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently building a project with different api integrations like discord, shopify and saving a lot of time as I don't have to go anywhere as for different API integration.

 ### 35. Makes building integrations a lot less painful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

Nango has significantly cut down the development time of any new integrations we need. It's allowed us to spend more time focused on building a product that users love istead of wasting time figuring out how each custom API works. I used to do this kind of work a while back and I hated it, so I'm glad I don't have to put my engineers in that hellscape.

Prior to choosing Nango I did a vendor review and Nango had the best solution IMO, it was flexible around giving us the ability to poxy requests but also giving a structure around sync jobs.

The Nango support team has also been really responsive to our issues and helped us move through them quickly!

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

- There were some pains initially with the nango versions and the generated models.
- We sometimes have compatiblity issues or just general confusion about which nango version we should all be using. There might be a simple fix for this though.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Time to delivery of integrations
- Consistency of integration management

 ### 36. Decent API integration tool

The tool has an easy-to-use UI/UX interface and a lot of pre-built integrations which comes in very handy and reduces development time significantly.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

Nango is great in many areas but the range of supported APIs could be broader for the new and upcoming platforms like Notion, RazorPay, PayU etc. which are pretty widely used in geo areas like India

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango is a great tool which acts like a central place for integrating and managing multiple APIs, especially when validating and authenticating, token refresh, and scalability. It reduces the need to write and maintain custom integration code for every API, which reduces the development time drastically.

 ### 37. Nango helps building integrations fast

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

We use Nango daily.

Support of most APIs + very fast integration of new apis.

Setup is very fast.

Excellent customer care and communitaction.

Once unified model is set up, you can easilly add integrations from the same category (like CRM, Emails, etc....).

What I also like is that the infrastructure and monitoring is managed by Nango.

There's also high flexibility in writing your sync scripts.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

Handling rate limits would deserve improvements. They have automatic retrys for most of APIs, however, I'd like to have throttling on API request level to prevent the rate limits.

One drawback for us is that we need to wait for the whole Nango sync to finish until synced to our platform. I'd like to have support for partial sync results.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding APIs from same category very fast + management of infrastructure & monitoring.

The sync templates they make available save us a ton of time!

Requires a little bit more upfront investment than other platforms with a unified API as you configure your schema, however this does help avoid the common issue of missing fields in unified APIs.

Managing the sync process (including error handling and retries) for our ticketing system (Jira, Linear etc) product integrations
