It is part of Namirial Digital Transaction Management (DTM), available for subscription as shared SaaS, private SaaS and for on-premise deployment. Namirial Digital Transaction Management also includes solutions for user electronic identification, multi-factor authentication, orovision of digital certificates for e-signature and e-seal creation and a time stamping services. Namirial has been certified as eIDAS Qualified Trust Service Provider, carrying the EU Trust Mark. Awful Service, malfunctioning software, front desk non existing. I paid upfront for a e-sign that I didn't receive. **What do you dislike about Namirial eSignAnyWhere?** their software is awful, horrible. their Front desk non existent. Their technical department useless. I asked them to do the visual recognition using any other platform since theirs is absolutely not working but they even didn't reply. Absurd behaviour. I lost 4 days sending them emails and calling their front desk. We can sign our contracts (rental agreements and purchase contracts or delivery bills) digitally. The digital signatures used can be saved and certified signatures can also be stored. **What do you dislike about Namirial eSignAnyWhere?** For our customers who want to apply the signature on site in the office, we use an external tablet - here the signature is not always transferred correctly. **What problems is Namirial eSignAnyWhere solving and how is that benefiting you?** If we want to sign documents digitally, we use this software. It works very fast, even with many documents. Certified documents are automatically signed on every single page and a pdf file is created. ### 4. Easy to integrate with almost any process. **What do you dislike about Namirial eSignAnyWhere?** Ideally needs a local partner to assist navigating the set-up and configuration of many options, who can also advise on local regulations as well as EIDAS and technical matters. **Recommendations to others considering Namirial eSignAnyWhere:** Find a local partner and ask for a 2 day design and implemenation consultation. It will save huge amounts of time. **What problems is Namirial eSignAnyWhere solving and how is that benefiting you?** Contracts, Customer Consents, Financial transactions, Approvals, etc. Fast, easy & flexible methods to sign whether in transit (without internet) or connected for greater range of options. I like the configurable process options and seeing >95% ROI. Add to this the European technology and hosting, plus operating at the highest standards where needed, and this should be a go-to shortlist item for any UK or EU corporate purchaser of eSigning solutions. The main problem is that they do not spend their funds on marketing, only R&D and tech improvements. Seek out a local partner to help design, customise and support you. ### 7.
