I probably like the easy user interface of Namely, which feels like using social media with all the critical information in the right place. Our team often describes it as a user interface like Facebook, and it's intuitive and easy to understand because many people have used Facebook before. I also find the customer support easy to reach, with many different methods to contact them, which is treasured by us. The initial setup was very easy and fast. While it's easy to reach support, the quality has fallen over time. It feels like as time passes, the expertise and knowledge of support and system support has been falling.
