For anyone here who is not an IT or experienced be aware!

I purchased a domain and at the moment of purchase, Namecheap added some free "services" as a "bonus" (more like a tricky way to upsell inexperienced ppl).

I never used these services and even forgot they were there!

After a month I saw that I was charged 9.99$ + 18.99$ for these two services!!

Long story short, I asked them to cancel the charge and they refused!

An honest company would at least send a single reminder saying "Hey we saw you were not using your X, Y...."
