What do you like best about Myndshft?

What do you dislike about Myndshft?

We were a customer for 1.5 years. After a year, the product finally worked. Integrating their product into our digital health platform was not easy. They blamed us at first...but after they set us up correctly in their system it worked (took many months). Part of the problem was miscommunication at Myndshft as there was lots of turnover of Myndshft staff. It seemed as if they put more energy into enforcing our long-term agreement than delivering a good product or a productive relationship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Myndshft solving and how is that benefiting you?

We asked about their prior auth program - but we couldn't find anyone who made a reasonable business case. We asked a few times for information, but it didn't seem like much market research was conducted on that program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Myndshft?

This tool is a great time saver. I can obtain insurance verification and Medical policies in a fraction of the time I used to spend calling insurance companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
