What do you like best about Myndshft?

The concept is interesting. It seemed like it might fit our need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Myndshft?

We were a customer for 1.5 years. After a year, the product finally worked. Integrating their product into our digital health platform was not easy. They blamed us at first...but after they set us up correctly in their system it worked (took many months). Part of the problem was miscommunication at Myndshft as there was lots of turnover of Myndshft staff. It seemed as if they put more energy into enforcing our long-term agreement than delivering a good product or a productive relationship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
