**What do you like best about Mygate?**

I find MyGate's accounting package and billing modules incredibly helpful, especially for managing our society's finances. The year-end close pack and financial reporting features make it easier to keep everything organized and transparent. It saves me time as a society treasurer because I can input all expenses every month and compile the income and expenditure account along with the balance sheet. This ensures that everything is up to date and transparent for the residents. I also appreciate the supportive team at MyGate who helped make the initial setup smooth, and once everything was streamlined, maintaining the accounts became easy and smooth sailing.

It combines everything into one comprehensive, all-in-one, ERP-focused suite. Earlier, we were juggling WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets, guard registers, and manual accounting. After switching to MyGate, everything from visitor entries to notices to accounting sits neatly in one place.

The app can be a little overwhelming for new users because of too many features. But once you get used to it , that will be eliminated.

No missed notices, no miscommunication with security, and no manual chasing for maintenance dues which saves a lot of time and hassle.
