So for individuals, I'd highly recommend. It's free and you can export whatever you put in the platform if you decide to close the account. **What problems is My Hours solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can keep track of my working hours quickly and easily. I can keep my work organized and provide precise reports to customers about my work. I can also immediately look at the billing stats. ### 35. I've learned to keep it simple, it seems so many timekeeping apps are overly complicated. **What do you dislike about My Hours?** There is always something that's glitchy. I've been using the app maybe two years and even with updates the same glitches don't get fixed and new glitches come up. There are no tutorials and that is SO IRRITATING, I have to figure out how to do what I want and I know I'm not doing it right. I should be able to produce invoices, but I can't. I'm lucky I can produce reports. It's like one of those things that you don't want to touch it or change anything because you might break things. I wish I could find something simple, reliable and that works on all platforms.
