What do you like best about MX?

We now have access to view the data we've had for so long, but never had a way to view it. We can see and analyze insights of our customers' behavior. I like that we can target market based on what data we see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MX?

What do you like best about MX?

The people at MX are very easy to work and communicate with, from the client management side to the customer support side. They are curious to understand how our product works and what our needs are, so they can offer or build solutions into their product. Transactions form the foundation of a functioning and real life spending plan, so our users expect a high quality experience from establishing a bank connection, to the freshness and quality of transactions. What do you like best about MX?

We had an outstanding experience with MX. Especially their tech integration team, their Bank account authorization widget needed some enhancements for our business and they were quick to make those changes for us. Our customers use this quite frequently to validate their bank accounts and find it very easy to use. Customer support if needed has been spot on! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MX?

Regarding using the widget for Bank Authorization, The ability to approve only one account for integration would be an excellent enhancement instead of having to get AUTH on all accounts housed at a particular bank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MX?

They are a data company that delivers best in class experiences. Their core values speak to using data to make the world a better place. And their actions live up to that value. They are also one of the first data companies that I've talked to that understand data isn't just transactional. That experience, feedback, and empathy all play a role. They want to understand my customers - what's important to them and what they struggle with - to hear from them directly, and not just want access to their financial data for selfish gains. What do you dislike about MX?

I dislike very little - they are always transparent about their roadmap and their processes. Anything I disliked they have already changed and improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MX?

MX is reliable as a product and they go above and beyond to make sure they meet your needs as a customer and individually. I feel like a partner instead of a number and that has made all the difference for us and knowing MX will grow with us and help connect us to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MX?

That's a hard one. I wish they had a KYC and KYB services.

Would make a better all in one platform and allow me not to have to use so many vendors . After talking with the product team I understand why they chose to not incorporate everything into their services and to allow for better partnerships but it's on the wish list still. What do you like best about MX?

I've worked with every financial data aggregator in the business - none come close to the level of support and customer commitment that MX provides me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MX?

Had some language differences to start that led to confusion about product pricing. The concept of coterminus minimums is unique in the aggregation industry and made it through in our initial contract without any discussion nor acknowledgement of how that affect the product usage.
