Would make a better all in one platform and allow me not to have to use so many vendors . After talking with the product team I understand why they chose to not incorporate everything into their services and to allow for better partnerships but it's on the wish list still. The people at MX are very easy to work and communicate with, from the client management side to the customer support side. They are curious to understand how our product works and what our needs are, so they can offer or build solutions into their product. We had an outstanding experience with MX. Especially their tech integration team, their Bank account authorization widget needed some enhancements for our business and they were quick to make those changes for us.
