**What do you like best about Muster?**

Muster has been a pleasure to work with. The platform is intuitive and makes it easy for us to build and manage advocacy campaigns that meet our needs. We’ve received positive feedback from our advocates on how simple it is to use, which has helped increase participation. Max and Jake are always quick to respond and thoughtful in their support, and we truly appreciate it.

**What do you dislike about Muster?**

I wish we could customize the mobile version of the campaigns so that the "intro" section with some information comes before the form. I see the benefit of having the current layout as well, so it would be nice if we could toggle between them.

**What problems is Muster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Muster solves the problem of making advocacy campaigns easy to create and easy to participate in. It gives us a clear structure for turning policy priorities into simple, actionable campaigns for our advocates. This has benefited us by saving time, improving engagement, and helping us communicate our advocacy priorities more clearly and effectively.

**What do you like best about Muster?**

I find Muster extremely easy to use, especially when setting up campaigns. The support from Muster is fantastic whenever I encounter issues. Users often compliment how fast and easy it is to send emails to legislators. People are more likely to engage since it's so simple on their end, and for me, setting up a campaign doesn't take long, which is a great time saver.

Muster makes advocacy easy for members and nonmembers. It simplifies sending emails to legislators, encouraging engagement. Setting up campaigns is quick, saving me time. The support is fantastic, and users compliment how fast and easy it is.

**What do you like best about Muster?**

I like that Muster makes it very easy for members to submit comments and that we easily have a record of those comments. It's user-friendly and looks great once the code is on our website. The customer service is great and far superior to what we had with Every Action. I really value the PDF comments report, the ability to track the numbers of messages sent and users, as well as editing and copying previously used alerts.

**What do you dislike about Muster?**

I wish Muster could send directly to the federal register or agencies without an email. It would be nice to send to specific legislators no matter where the person lives. I also want more analytics like knowing where the commenter is from.

Muster makes it easy for our members to submit comments and keeps a record of them.

**What do you like best about Muster?**

The platform was extremely easy to use, embed into the website, and we liked the analytics that came with it. We appreciated the competitive pricing and customer service.

**What do you dislike about Muster?**

Honestly not a lot. Our only two requests we were not able to achieve with it were to make phone numbers optional and to integrate it with Google Tag Manager.

It gave an easy and fast way to build a group of advocates that influenced a policy issue. It really worked and made our campaign extremely successful.

I appreciate how straightforward it is to use Muster for my organization's e-advocacy campaigns. In addition, their help desk is *fantastic* - they always get right back to me with an on-target solution to whatever I'm looking for.

Nothing, really. As with any product or platform, there are always opportunities for enhancement. The nice thing about Muster's team is that they always give serious consideration to customer suggestions, and often implement them.

**What do you like best about Muster?**

Muster has been a wonderful addition to our statewide grassroots advocacy efforts. We were able to easily implement the software within days of signing our contract. With a small staff, the ability to integrate quickly is not only a want, but a need. It has allowed for us to mobilize incredibly quickly when there is a need for advocates to reach out to their legislators. We have been impressed at the ease of the tool on both the backend side, as well for the front end user when we embed the form on our website. In addition, the Muster staff has been incredibly attentive and is quick to answer questions when they arise - at this time I can honestly say their customer service is some of the best I have experienced.

At this time, I don't have any complaints!

**What do you like best about Muster?**

After using a number of other grassroots platforms and being dissatisfied with their high costs or poor service, Cigar Rights of America started working with Muster in hopes of getting a serviceable product at a reasonable price, and they have truly exceeded our expectations! 

During the onboarding process, their entire team was made available to us to talk through the front and back-end of the product in great detail to make sure we were comfortable with it before coming on board. They were gracious and patient in the two months between identifying them as our choice and the termination of our prior contract, and getting set up was functionally instantaneous. 

Since switching, we have been more than happy with the choice and genuinely sad to not have more grassroots messaging to do on their fabulous platform. Muster is extremely easy to use and generates a great published product, rendering a 75% increase in the number of people who send a message after landing on the messaging page. That, combined with their extremely reasonable pricing leads us to recommend them to anyone looking for a fabulous grassroots provider.

**What do you dislike about Muster?**

Cigar Rights of America has nothing but praise for Muster. Their product is simply outstanding.

**What problems is Muster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reasonable Costs: Previous grassroots platforms were too expensive and we didn't feel like we were getting value for our money. Muster provided a serviceable product at a reasonable price, making it a cost-effective solution for CRA.

Excellent Service: Other platforms lacked adequate customer service. Muster's team was highly supportive during the onboarding process, ensuring CRA was comfortable with both the front-end and back-end of the product.

Ease of Onboarding: Setting up and transitioning to a new platform can be challenging. Muster made the onboarding process smooth and nearly instantaneous, allowing CRA to start using the platform without any significant delays.

Increased Engagement Rates: CRA experienced low engagement rates with previous platforms. Muster's user-friendly interface and effective design led to a 75% increase in the number of people who send a message after landing on the messaging page.

**What do you like best about Muster?**

Muster is easily embedded in an existing website and plays nice within the Wordpress landscape. Setup for advocacy channels is quick and painless. Customer support is easily reached. Additionally, we put in a feature request and saw that new functionality implemented within 30 days.

**What do you dislike about Muster?**

Their platform limits a user to sending only 15 emails at a time for advocacy. This sometimes presents a challenge considering that some committees in the Tennessee House have over 20 members. Therefore, we are unable to allow users to send emails to the entire committee in that scenario.

**What problems is Muster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Muster allows our organization to provide opportunities for Tennessee voters to engage with their legislators on a variety of issues that we track during Tennessee's legislative session.

**What do you like best about Muster?**

Muster piece-meals the features it has to offer, widening its market and offering room for growth. It is easy to set up a form and we like that we can use it for state and local governments too.

**What do you dislike about Muster?**

There is no component for self-dtermined targets such as university/company administration. We were told that advocacy is not effective with them but our organization has a long history of successfully applying pressure in this way.

Also we dislike the logic between calling and emailing. If calling is enabled, It should prompt everyone if they want to call. If yes or no, the next thing is to send an email.

We apply pressure or increase awareness to elected officials relevant to New Jersey and the Muslim community.

**What do you like best about Muster?**

Muster is extremely easy to use, making it a great tool for novice users and seasoned organizers alike. It delivers everything it promises, and is backed up by excellent and responsive customer service and support.

**What do you dislike about Muster?**

There is very little to criticize, but I would suggest some additional formatting options (like bold, underlining, font selection) and a larger message preview box so that advocates can more easily review the message they are sending.

**What problems is Muster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We selected Muster to replace a different grassroots advocacy platform. While we are not using it to its full capabilities, we like that, as we contemplate future software acquisitions, Muster is flexible and expandable to meet potential future needs. It allows us to mobilize our members to contact their elected officials with clear, consistent messaging and an uncomplicated and user-friendly experience for administrators and users.

Muster has been helpful in our advocacy efforts because it broadens our reach. We love how targeted we can get with our messaging. Muster also has great tools to customize the design of our action alerts and landing pages. We also love the customer support!

**What do you like best about Muster?**

Muster is a great overall value.  It provides us with everything we need in strategic grassroots advocacy software. Muster takes it to the next level by better informing our Congressional engagements, providing us analysis on which districts receive our correspondence. This allows us to tailor our messaging and make in-roads with members whom we may not have had prior relationships with.

**What do you dislike about Muster?**

The only thing I would like to see added is the ability to sort advocates/letters sent by specific date ranges, i.e. if I had a campaign that was 3 months long, it would be helpful to analyze and measure specific marketing pushes within that time period. It would also be nice to aggregate all of the custom messages into a form or report so we can easily pull testimonials that our writers send to their members.

Muster is the tool we use for grassroots advocacy. It allows us a platform, that is very easy to set up and use, to enable our member's voices to be heard in the halls of power.

The product is very easy to use and allows for quick access to our members, lawmakers, and other stakeholders. The customer service provided by the team at Muster is second-to-none!

N/A. The only thing I would add is that the 2024 lines have not been included for planning purposes post redistricting in Virginia. Totally understand why they arent live, just could have been another tool in the toolbox for our team!

Muster is integral in assisting our association with communications directly to lawmakers and individual stakeholders in our industry. Muster also provides an easy way for our members to advocate on behalf of our industry!

**What do you like best about Muster?**

Very helpful customer service; responsive, helpful, and professional. Muster offers excellent services, like the "circle back" feature, which allows us to re-send an alert, but only to those who did not respond the first time, meaning that our advocates will not be inundated with emails

**What do you dislike about Muster?**

I wish we could customize more. Particularly, moving the TAKE ACTION button in the alerts, being able to attach PDFs to the alerts, and also ability to have links to outside sources in the advocacy campaign

Helping to reach our grassroots network and effectively reach Members of Congress. In my first campaign, we were able to send over 1000 emails to Congress.

We had an issue with the widget compatibility with Wix but were able to find a way around it by redirecting users to the landing page.

Muster is the way to go if you want an efficient, cost-effective option to execute an advocacy campaign. The account manager we work with is very responsive and helpful.

Muster allows us to facilitate sending letters to legislators without the hassle of curating our own databases. We are also able to upload several letter options, which gives the campaign authenticity.

Some of the terminology on the site is similar and I need help navigating to the right place - I think site navigation could be more intuitive

I enjoy how easy the platform is to navigate and that multiple staff can have accounts without an increased cost. I can't say enough good things about Muster's customer support. The chat function provides real-time responses to any questions that pop up when creating a campaign. The analytics are also incredibly helpful.

The method for making edits to a draft isn't intuitive, but this is a minor issue.

The ease of use and the all-inclusive pricing. We had been using another platform for many years and every time we wanted to do something a little different, it seemed it was an added cost. Muster really understands what we need and have made it extremely user-friendly and streamlined. We've seen a huge increase in member engagement since we've started using Muster as our grassroots platform.

**What do you dislike about Muster?**

I can't think of anything I dislike at the moment. They've been really responsive when we've asked for additional features.

**Recommendations to others considering Muster:**

We've already had several other organizations ask us what we've been using to send our action alerts and have referred them to Muster. It's easy to use and the pricing structure is great.

**What problems is Muster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggle to get our members engaged in our advocacy efforts. In the past, with our old grassroots messaging platform, we had to really work to get people to send emails or call their legislators at the proper time to help our lobbyists on the front lines. One of the first Action Alerts we sent with Muster garnered 1,000 responses and emails to legislators -- a new record for our organization. And this was on an issue that we've dealt with repeatedly over the last few years. Since then, we continue to post record-setting response rates on our alerts.

Muster provides us with excellent campaign setup capabilities for our advocacy campaigns.  We can email our list or reference a URL in separate email system and it automatically sends the email to the right Member of Congress.

**What do you dislike about Muster?**

Not much.  We haven't tried the social media features which we'll do with the next campaign.

**What problems is Muster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a system that didn't cost an arm and a leg to enable our advocates to send emails to their Members of Congress for certain legislative initiatives.  Muster allows us to do this at a reasonable price with a modern UI.

Muster is the best advocacy software product I have seen or used. The ease of use for both the Chamber and the end-user through the Action Center allows us to engage our members and the community in issues that impact our area

We needed to really get our members to engage legislators here in Ohio.  Muster is definitely the answer.  Within 1 hour a Senate Subcommitee on Health & Medicaid had all received over 20 emails from supporters of our bill.  It is so much fun to see the emails being sent and the totals going up!

Price and ease use. I was an early adopter in our industry and am pleased to see how the software/service continues to grow with our needs. It is easy to use and an efficient solution when we need it.

Would be nice to more easily access previous year's campaigns for reference in creating new ones.

Definitely recommend, especially you are looking for a low-cost solution to communicate with elected officials efficiently.
