I like the easy of use and ability to accentuate words for our Digital Assitant on our phone system. I don't need to contract some big name business to make custom messages for our phone system. Every once in a while Murf.ai will put an ackward pause in the block that is due to a pronounciation difference and I don't know enough about how to correct the pronounciation to fix it. It's especially frustrating because the actors definitely have English as primary langauge. This causes issues with the inflection of wording and makes it akward.
