What do you like best about Mumara?

I quit using mumara a year ago because of its bugs, but now their team reached me again after upgrading it to a newer version mumara campaigns. I used it for my business campaigns and i had a great experience with mumara campaigns. Mumara campiagns is one of the best and simple software for email marketing. I had schedualed my business campaigns and got the best results, simple software to schedule bulk email campaigns and view the results. I enjoy being able to submit my a / b tests and submit my bosses how the email has been handled. When designing the emails, you can conveniently run automatic emails to particular clients by request. it's so quick and convenient to use and communicate with your audience. You can segment your campaigns, and communicate with your audience by using available templates. And the best thing is pricing, mumara campaigns is cheaper than the other marketing tools. Mumara campaigns has the interesting features and functions, you can send auto follow ups, setup triggers, connect multiple SMTPs and domains and many more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mumara?

i am using mumara for my company from last 2 years to reach my clients, to schedule customized printed boxes campaigns. Its real simple and easy to use. It has unique and customizable Templates for email campaigns. It has allots of features like A/B Testing, Drip campaigns scheduling, you can use multiple lists at a time. Also filter and separate the bounced accounts. Autoresponder is a very useful feature, it works with client action. You don't have to send emails manually it will send automatically after client's any action like open or subscribe. It is useful software for marketing management. What do you like best about Mumara?

I have been using Mumara since 2018, now they have upgraded it to new version Mumara Campaign+. They allows you to use free demo first. It allows you to setup a email campaign easily and find your subscribers. As compare to other tools mumara campaign+ has a reasonable price, and you can save a lot of time by using its campaign templates. Mumara Campign+ gives you the accurate results of your campaigns. What do you like best about Mumara?

I had a fantastic experience when dealing with Mumara's customer support. They respond to emails or tickets very quickly. Overall, they have always fixed my concerns efficiently. And Mumara is a complete solutions to email marketing. You will get the data about who your emails are actually reaching, and by using this tool you will be able to plan further your marketing strategy to reach more audience. What do you like best about Mumara?

Mumara Campaigns is the best email marketing software. Mumara Campaigns optimizes the online advertising and subscription processes, also the total monitoring of open and clicks or bounce. Best to schedule drip campaigns. It has a demo version which is totaly free and you can try it, if you find it compatible you can switch to paid version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mumara?

If Gordon Ramsey tried this app, he would scream RAW every other second, and here is why. The entire interaction with their support is gaslighting experience in its own right, and they lied about 14 days no questions asked money back. We have tried nearly all self-hosted email apps on the market, so it's not our first rodeo, but this one deserves a special mention.

TLDR: Software is broken, sales lie about no questions asked refund within 14 days, support gaslights you all the way through. Go get yourself Mailwizz or something similar with open source files and adequate support.

1) They have a chat that is never available during N.A. working hours, and even if you do submit a problem then you get ignored, you want to get things moving make sure to submit a ticket from a backend, how did I found it? After talking to their sales in chat. Like it's my fault, I didn't know that.

2) To be clear, we have a full-fledged DevOps with 10 years of experience dealing with servers and email routing. He would be able to solve most of the issues, including famous spaghetti code, if he would see would have access to source files, but since it's encoded with IONcube, that's impossible. The problem is Mumara logs are either don't show you anything useful or tell you a line in PHP files that you can't even open because of the encoding.

3) Support is will tell you it's your fault, you not doing things right off the bat, then they will assure you they are here to please you and call you brother and I'm not exaggerating. Instead of asking for a PMTA config file they asked access to the server with SSH, which is not something you should do if you have any subscribers info there, we didn't, so we decided why not. It took them 4 days to find out that our PMTA configuration file was missing headers from their app, they didn't even have a checklist of things to go through and didn't ask anything just said it's our fault. We checked their docs nonthing about that.

4) Their PMTA module is a poo-poo. The promise is you will get bounce processing in the app via PMTA logs, sounds cool, right? Well, if only it would work. That'll be 397 plus year of beta testing it ( or updates as they call it)

5) "Updates" They have this crazy thing like ghost update "feature" when they update your app without even giving you the warning after you submit a bug, and they figure out another patch. The problem with that is as soon as this forced update happens, you get 500 error somewhere, and you got yourself wondering what is broken now. With regular updates to make them work, you have to update twice. How do we know this? After a lot of WTF moments, we just figured it out. Support as usual blame all on us. It has enabled great expansion in our company due to its high ability and power to attract costumers,it has attractive designs which easily convinces costumers.

It has great capacity whereby it can send many campaigns at once which has highly encouraged us because it saves time and resources.

What do you like best about Mumara?

Nothing!!! If you want to waste your time, money and energy on a crappy email system then you should use Mumara Campaigns+ (hint: this is irony). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mumara?

With Mumara Campaigns+ it is not possible to bulk import new contacts. Then it's also not possible to set up an automatic drip campaign that has several email messages with a preset time gap between each email.

This means that you have to manually click on the send button of one email message to send it to your selected group of contacts while monitoring when you have to send that specific email to the specific group of contacts, which is a nightmare for email marketers.
