Audience View, it's a really simple tool that helps us identify niche market segments to drill down on opportunities. It also provides a database of relevant contacts for PR and advertising opportunities, a great value add as it enables smaller organizations to do more with less. Finding a relevant contact within the database can sometimes be time-consuming, and at times the contact is out of date and the attempt at contact bounces. Aside from this, I haven't had any major issues with MultiView. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
