Being able to reproduce our Board reports and not change the "familiar" format was a welcome addition for the Board Members. Another benefit is the slicing and dicing that can be accomplished by using RAD's in reporting. If you want a pivot table from your data or a reported exported to various formats, that is possible too. System generated Intercompany entries was a must have for our business. Many competitors said they had the capability, but when pressed..... yes, they had capability, but we would have to prepare the entry. That was a no-go for us. Preparing bulk payments via an upload and using the customizable workflow approval process has made processing faster and more efficient. The Implementation specialist walked us through the process and was always ready to answer questions and offer solutions that were relavent to our business model. Customer service is prompt and more than willing to pick up the phone and discuss issue and then walk through the solution via online meeting. Sometimes, you just need to see it rather than email back and forth. They are awesome! **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** I'm not too fond of the numbering for payments; Every payment out of the same bank acct, whether check or EFT, is given the following sequential check number. It would be helpful if the Fixed Asset Module had the capability of integrating the Accounts Payable Support document for the asset into the Fixed Asset module. The focus on process improvement and "ending month-end" continue to help us improve long after go-live. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** The speed of the system could be faster, but we have an issue unique to our installation that Multiview is working on. It is a good provider of financial solutions; the web-based application eliminates the need for complex configurations and local elements for users. Multiview provides a quality product at an extremely affordable price. The product is highly customizable and Multiview has always found a way to integrate into our internal systems to assist in our business solutions. Customer service is very effective. The customer service team is responsive, knowledgeable, and timely. They listen to the customer's needs and provide quality responses. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** It can be a bit imprecise at times, creating custom reports can sometimes be confusing and difficult, although this is not an inconvenience because customer support can resolve issues immediately.
