MLM software is one of the last few software providers which allow for customizations to suit your business model. MLM is not an ERP and is well suited to the sale of products online that will serve you better if have a vision for building relationships with your distributors (aka affiliates). I use MLM as a training platform and rewards program for affiliation relationships. But my commodity was time because time was universal throughout the world. This was my vision from the inception of my project. The people at MLM are very creative and capable of latitude thinking. They are not robots so if you want to hire robots, you can go elsewhere. For my Frankenstein software solution, I import sales order data(more like completed invoices) from job control software installations all over the globe as I run a service-based business. Because MLM is a mature product in the marketplace, they have a wide array of reports you can choose from which you can export from the MLM system.
The support is good but you put issues through the ticketing system which can be painful for some people who may have difficulty typing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is work involved on your part and no work is easy because this is why work is what it is by definition.
1) Getting used to the ticketing system-This is your change management tool. If you do not understand it MLM will teach you how.
2) Being your own project manager - Do not expect MLM to spoon-feed you, you have to work hard to ensure you achieve the desired outcomes.

The MultiSoft team is simply the best in customer service! They are quick to address any issue or request for guidance and they are always detailed in their response. I have been with them for around 6 years now - with multiple websites - and have never thought about switching companies. The best part for me personally, is that they take the time to instruct, with personalized videos or scheduling a call or Zoom meeting, usually within 24 hours. They're always courteous and never treat clients like their questions don't matter. Ahmit is a virtual fountain of information, Jessie is my go to guy, Davyd C is fantastic in the role of Project Manager, David I, Ivan, Erwin, Estefanie, Mary & Mary, etc... I could go on - all great, and of course Robert himself, is always accommodating. It's so refreshing to be involved with a team you're on a first name basis with, and who are never too busy to care. It is not that you never have issues with software however what does matter is how they are handled. 99.5% of the time there are no issues that take place. What impresses me the most is that when they do happen how quickly they get resolved and the amount of care and compassion that is expressed.

By far their greatest strength is their attention to detail and a genuine interest in making sure all your needs are met. They are 100% problem solvers. Our Account Executive is always available to listen to our concerns and help find ways to address our needs. Their developers are amazing at finding solutions and customizations to add to our platform. Both the website and backoffice offer a very professional look and feel. Our users RAVE about it. MultiSoft has NEVER told us something couldn't be done. If what we are asking for is out the box, then they get out the box and find a solution. The receptionist even calls every week like clockwork to see if we need anything. Nothing kills a business faster than poor service. Customizing the back office can be a bit clumsy, not super user-friendly, random errors tend to pop up. Many customizations have to be done yourself or come at an additional cost, BUT to their defense they offer a superior product at a very fair market price. 3rd party widgets don't always work or constantly crashing.
