What do you like best about Multiplier Employer of Record?

The product user interface is relatively easy to navigate and use, and meets basic EOR workflow needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiplier Employer of Record?

Ultimately I cannot recommend Multiplier largely from a customer support, service, communications, and transparency standpoint. We've found them very difficult to work with as a partner, their communications are inconsistent, they aren't very respectful of our employees when troubleshooting issues, and they generally seem to only be focused on receiving payments and deposits from us (benefitting them financially), not actually supporting our business and helping us grow. What problems is Multiplier Employer of Record solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a startup, we wanted to try to grow internationally in a cost-effective way. Multiplier has fairly competitive EOR pricing, although it's also a bit of a "you get what you pay for" where some of the savings translate to less transparency and customer support on the backend. They also introduced some new deposits and fees that weren't originally in our contract and ultimately ended up increasing our EOR costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
