What problems is Multiplier Employer of Record solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before starting, I was concerned about how long the KYC and PF registration would take and whether the HR support would be responsive enough to handle local complexities.

However, Multiplier completely solved this for me. As soon as I dropped a request, they raised a ticket immediately and assigned a dedicated support manager (Shatakshi) who made the process incredibly smooth. Beyond the setup, it’s a relief to have a platform where salaries are always on time and any administrative hurdles are cleared instantly. What do you like best about Multiplier Employer of Record?

I use Multiplier Employer of Record as my EOR platform in the Philippines for everything from payroll to timesheets. I appreciate how it provides an easy Certificate of Employment on demand without the usual delays of making a request. I also like having a copy of my contract uploaded as an easy reference. The platform is very straightforward and easy to navigate. Whenever I need to visit and check my payslip or contract, they are right there. What do you dislike about Multiplier Employer of Record?

The downside is I don't have a Philippine-based POC who I can just message or email directly. I had to raise a ticket and wait for 1-2 business days for any matter to be addressed.
