Some times xml transformation doesnt work and Munit, which work some times and the same does not Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Basically Mulesoft comes with all the capabilities which integration industry expects. besides that Mulesoft gives option to developers to extend the capability using Java.
Anypoint platform and studio both gives a better virtual view of integration while development compared to other similar tools.
It takes minimum time and minimal effort to prepare a perfect end to end integraion solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Things i dislike about Anypoint pplatform or mulesoft is it require little high configuration to setup on the system. Anypoint studio will work better only if RAM size is greater than 4GB or else it gets stuck and closes adruptly.
Besides this hardware requirement i dont see any disadvantage with Anypoint platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The learning curve for making your integrations is very low, with the Anypoint Studio development environment must of the development are visual unless it is some complicated integrations you are building.
There are many connectors out of the box, and if the connector you need doesn't exist in the default setup, you can go to the exchange (which is part of the Anypoint platform) to see if others have built what you need both Mulesoft and third party develop connectors.
If you have to build your connector, it is pretty easy to do so, with the DevKit tool.
The Anypoint platform has the best online community, with a lot of people willing to help you out if you are stuck with some issues you can post questions on the Anypoint forum or StackOverflow and within hours sometimes minutes, there is someone to help you. If you for some reason don’t get any help there is a comprehensive online documentation with a lot of examples. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There can be many updates to Anypoint Studio; you should be careful before you update because it might break your code and give you some extra work that you did not expect
Anypoint point is a comprehensive tool, so it can be quite a task to setup and build small, simple integration, here you could be better off with a more lightweight tool
Sometimes when deploying to the Runtime through the MMC console, it can’t clean up then you have to clean up manually(delete files and folders) to make the Deploy work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On Anypoint Platform you can manage all the project lifecycle without pain: from API definition and mocking to the final project deploy and management. Anypoint Platform is a Swiss Army knife: every pieces works w/o troubles together in a sort of agile circle of continuos improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Anypoint Studio is Eclipse based: on some old machine and operating system (linux distros) this could be a pain.
On non so quick network connection, a web platform could give some trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to deploy on the cloud
Easy to write API
Easy to set up policies
Good analytics
The tool is very easy to use in general and with Studio is a perfect product to write APIs and integrate several systems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Still missing a seamless integration with RAML 1.0 in Studio
Policies at more lower level (single resource and not APIs)
Few bugs in Studio due to, mostly, Eclipse based IDE Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
whole lot of connectors provided, all most all types of i.e. Cassandra & many more new ones. It also provided way to write your own connectors & components as per business needs. Very flexible framework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dataweave part is a bit complicated & some times Exceptions are a bit tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The video to Anypoint studio interaction was a great way for a beginner level developer to climb the ladder and get a solid understanding of how the platform works. Overall it was a great experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were some inconsistencies with the videos and the current version of Anypoint. The forums helped troubleshoot along with the team of colleuges I had that took the class with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Anypoint Platform has intuitive UI which helps you to maneuver easily. It is one stop shop for creating and managing APIs, deploy applications. Best part is Mule exchange, where you can publish APIs or templates which can be reused by your peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Deployments to cloudhub is relatively slow. It will sometime takes more than 5 minutes. I am really not sure about the delay. I believe this needs improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of development. drag and drop interface with many connectors ready to go with simple configuration to get a quick connection to a system.
Creating an API is quick and easy, just write the RAML and then generate the flows in the Studio and you can have a mock API up in under 30 minutes which others can begin to develop against.
DataWeave is a powerful tool for transforming data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be quite "fiddly" at times and during development errors occur without a clear reason and often down to a small config mistake.
When I first started developing with MuleSoft the documentation was severely lacking. Over the years they have been continuously improving them and they have gotten a lot better. I think they can improve further, particularly with more advanced functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
