The capability to quickly design APIs and the possibility to do that from a web application. The possibility to start implementing an API in anypoint studio by importing a RAML specification defined through the platform. I also like the way it's possible to publish different versions of the APIs and use different branches while developing them. The RAML editor it's very user friendly and it's easy to use. Additionally, it's very easy to deploy applications and manage them directly from the web app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometime the UI is confusing, especially when mocking services. I feel that after the recent upgrade of the web application, some feature are not working as good as before. Specifically the RAML editor is now less intuitive and it's sometimes more difficult to identify errors in the code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It provides simple to in-depth integration connectors and the ability to simplify the development.
I have been using anypoint platform for last 2 years and learned a lot of new techniques and always curious to find more about it.
I have no issues in performance or upgrades .
There are huge list of connectors for different purposes and with older versions too
Worked on cloudhub and its more simplified and easy to deploy from sandbox to production.
Proxy setups are easy too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Few unknown errors that cause a lot of time root-causing. hence need a community page for mulesoft to easily find such error fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very easy to understand, so I think the advantage that Mulesoft has is its potential with the integration connectors that can facilitate the development of each process, as well as making it easier for the developer to achieve the objectives Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Anypoint platform offers the user a lot of flexibility. Many common applications already have pre-built connectors available which can make life much easier as just a little adaption is needed. If something bespoke is required then this can easily be built and deployed - this requires far less technical expertise than for example writing a microservice. While it is simple and easy to use it takes some of the fun out of the process. Due to the lower level of technical skill required it can sometimes feel like there is no challenge, as a result we generally farm it out to juniors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First and foremost is its capability of integration using a variety of connectors.
Secondly, the transformation is just so simple, we can use xml, json and java for it.
Thirdly, its all-rounder. It has everything which you needs to start from scratch and deploy on cloudhub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The functions used in transformation connector should be prompted automatically.
RAML should be designed and complied within the anypoint studio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simplicity and design are brilliant. And ofcourse the tutorials are very informative. I being from Operations background also cleared the Development fundamental certification in first attempt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support is average. Also, we have lately seen many intermittent issues with the worker threads just dying without logging anything. This becomes very tidious while troubleshooting issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its accessibility, agility and the ease of understanding the various components and connectors. The best this is the help test that appears when hovered upon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most problematic thing in Anypoint Studio is that there are times when certain components and connectors don't behave as expected and the solution to it is to restart the Anypoint Studio every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
