The Anypoint studio is a fantastic cloud environment to could use anywhere to connect with any service across the Internet.
The possibility to create VPC and private end-points help to maintain the legacy environments of the company running but with a layer of services to expose or consume information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe the price list for the components in special of the sandbox environment. I think that these prices will be cheaper and to avoid the wrong use by the customer, MuleSoft could limit the bandwidth of these environments.
Another alternative could create "packs" with a defined number of vCores for production and sandbox with special prices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the Mulesoft Platform because of its simplicity and its easy to use. It provides complete solution to deploy, manage and monitor an application. I can use Runtime Manager to deploy my application and I can use it to monitor as well by accessing logs and dashboard for resource utilization. I can use Api Manager to easily deploy Apis and then manage it by applying out of box policies like security schemes, Rate Limiting or Throtteling and dont forget the proxy and reverse proxy!. Apart from this I also use Exchange to publish all our applications for business users. Best part is Exchange is so interactive that business users can actually use the Apis and check it themselves to understand what to expect from an interface/Api. I dont like the design centre. Its good for Raml designing but its not that useful for building interfaces. Anypoint Studio is the best for it. Apart from this I want Mulesoft to give us more accessibilty and control over the instances where we are deploying applications. I know aws ECS and EC2 services are being used in the backgroud so its good to provide us this access so we can ssh into instance because we often face issues in runtime manager and we have to raise tickets to Mulesoft to resolve them which we can easily resolve if we get instance access. Lastly I think platform should have feature to forward cloudhub logs to other logging tools like splunk, aws s3,sqs or kinesis for log backup and management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform offers an API Designer where developpers can easilly define their RAML schema and provide a mock for consumers in just a click on a button. This facilitate a lot // development on producer and consumer
- Exchange offers lot of connectors, samples and extendable custom policies
- Lot of informations about consumers and API themselves right out of the box in Anypoint Platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Versioning of API Definition files in API Designer is quite poor, basically there is only a main branche with possibility to create others but as far as know, there is no merge option or possibility to get to an older version
- Domains creation (domains allows you to publish several apis on a same port) cannot be done from Anypoint Platform
- Only Organisation Owner of a master organization can see the applications created by others while in most case, this should be delegated to sub organisation owners
- Role Management is still a bit fuzzy
- No Real detailed documentation in the context of the screens where we are Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is very easy to get to grips with plenty of free training available for self learning. On top of this the developer forums are available should you need any help. Also the ability to design and implement API Specs right on cloud hub means only one piece of software is needed for the complete life cycle. The graphical interface makes it easy to read the flow of the API even if the API has been developed by another person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The debugging menu is a little cramped, the older version was better as everything had a separate tab to make it easy to find exactly what you were looking for straight away. The new menu took a little long to learn to navigate as all items are listed in the same window which can make it a little slower to find what you are looking for at a glance. Most of my job goes around Anypoint Runtime Manager -- hence, this I do not have a day not looking into it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is really nothing to dislike here, but I "do" dislike when something's not working out of nowhere, but that rarely happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been working for more than 3 years with Mulesoft and has had an outstanding growth and improvement.
Thanks to Anypoint Platform you can manage the implementations, the definition of the APIs and the management of them easily and quickly. Also with Anypoint Exchange you can exchange APIs and projects with the rest of your team wherever you are, being able to import it without problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The community version is very limited. There are some easy to play bugs and the Anypoint Studio IDE sometimes fails (This may be an Eclipse problem). They could allow Anypoint Platform to be used in the community with limitations. More and more functionalities are paid, Mule 4 is only compatible with the Enterprise version so it can not be developed in the free version.
The Enterprise version that includes Cloud is very expensive. Many customers do not want this product due to the high cost involved and can have free alternatives from large companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Anypoint Studio which is more easy going to a developer like me to work more efficiently.
Mulesoft provides lot of connectors and support to out of box.. i.e
Mulesoft provides best cloud solution.
Operation part has made easy.
Mulesoft comes with more connectors and supports out of box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mulesoft does not provide Oracle AQ connector.
As we already connect with support team, they are not ready to create a solution except java code.
Due to this, Our one of my main client has been rejected mulesoft.
I am looking forward for this solution. If mule is ready to provide a connector for this Oracle AQ, we will be heads up with another milestone by using Mulesoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Feature I like the most with Anypoint platform is the "Runtime Manager". To begin with,
1)Ease of Use:- It is one of the easiest GUI I've worked with which performs complex functionalities of the server i.e deployment, logging, Managing Queues etc
2)Operations:- Anypoint platform has made it quite easy to perform operations like stop, restart the applications that are running in the worker(containers which contain the runtime).
3)Overriding of properties at the runtime:- This is one of the feature that has saved me time, this helps in switching of whole new set of properties for the application without having to touch the code and with just only restart I can altogether use different set of properties(using property files)
4)Managing of persistent Queues: This funtionality is beautifully built as it will automatically detect the persistent queues developed inside the application during deployment and also monitoring the queues realtime with what is happening is another big advantage
5)Logging: Changing the level of logging for each application makes my life much easier while troubleshooting
There are so many other functionalites I like about anypoint platform but the above five are my favourites with the experience I had with Anypoint Platform suite Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One feature that I find it difficult or would rather say confusing is "Business Groups". This, of course, is based on my experience with the product and others may find it easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how API management, quickly design, test, and publish APIs. Create self-service portals to make collaboration easy and drive reuse. Manage APIs. that allows developers to connect applications together quickly and easily, enabling them to exchange data. It enables easy integration of existing systems, regardless of the different technologies that the applications use, including JMS, Web Services, JDBC, HTTP, and more. The ESB can be deployed anywhere, can integrate and orchestrate events in real time or in batch, and has universal connectivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Enterprise License is very expensive and the Community Edition doesn't have many features.
MEL expression language is tricky. This language is used to learn and the examples of it are hard to find.
here are some cases where the connectors do not work as expected or their functionalities are limited. Like for file connector, we cannot use it to move a file in another directory and then remove it, another problem that I found and that must necessarily save the payload in a variable, otherwise it is lost.
