As an Integration specialist, I've worked on diverse opensource as well as Enterprise ESBs, The reason why i still working on mule is it's consistency in emerging as world class software by incorporating all the features that any tool requires in integration layer. I always wanted to explore to the end, but enterprise edition features and B2B functionalities are unavailable to everyone atleast for some trail period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First and foremost is its capability of integration using a variety of connectors.
Secondly, the transformation is just so simple, we can use xml, json and java for it.
Thirdly, its all-rounder. It has everything which you needs to start from scratch and deploy on cloudhub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The functions used in transformation connector should be prompted automatically.
RAML should be designed and complied within the anypoint studio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MuleSoft Anypoint has been incredibly useful for integrating applications, data, and devices in my work. I’ve found it particularly helpful for simplifying complex integrations and connecting systems that previously didn’t communicate well. For example, I used it to integrate our CRM with our analytics platform, which saved us hours of manual data entry and improved our reporting accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've found MuleSoft Anypoint to be quite complex to implement and manage, requiring specialized skills that I've had to develop over time. The high cost has been a significant concern for me, especially when considering smaller projects. Personally, I've experienced a steep learning curve, and at times, I've found the interface overwhelming. Additionally, I've noticed performance issues arise when handling large-scale integrations, which has required some troubleshooting on my part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
we have seemless intergration on the both platform and the cloud with easy to access. we can implement also all the API's very easy intergrations with the workflow. we can manage and implement all this in one platform with leads to max productivity. which we can run and use daily on the platform. The API Led Connectivity Approach of System, Process and Experience Layer
The connector capability they have is vast such as connector for all AWS services like S3, SQS, Dynamo DB and so on, SAP connector, Kafka Connector, Salesforce and many more integration made easy using Mulesoft. Dataweave extremely loved a lot. We can play with dataweave with lots and lots of inbuilt functions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Error Handling Capability can be improved and could be made more consistent and it will be great if the logs exclude the complete stack trace as it's not useful much and due to that unable to see actual cause of the error Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easier to use than the others and you don't need to be a developer to use it. And now with it being part of Salesforce, even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I last used it the high cost was a tough sell to CTO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are better options out there, if you have the budget for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use this platform very frequently. The AnyPoint Platform from MuleSoft has tons of connectors and tools for making integration super easy, whether on-site or in the cloud. Seriously, it is loaded with awesome features like reusable assets, solid API management, and monitoring built in-nice all rounded up into one big package for large integrations. That's cool, how easy it is to set up integration; it takes businesses in, gets them up and running fast without those crazy coding skills. Also, when customers encounter some issues, that will be pretty easy for them to reach Customer Support, which is superbly documented and in real quick response. MuleSoft can be overwhelming for those without integration experience due to the steep learning curve, even though it is feature-rich. A bit expensive, this makes it a lot less accessible to smaller companies. For advanced use cases, extra customization and tuning is required, which once more diminishes the Low-Code/No-Code value in complex use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
