What do you like best about Muck Rack?

Muck Rack is the most intuitive and robust media database I've come across. It's well integrated into Google searches so you don't have to login each time you need to look up a contact. They customer service has been stellar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can build robust coverage reports, get automated daily alerts, and easily follow and pitch to a list of journalists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Muck Rack?

What I like the most is that it is a powerful and simple PR software platform to use. MuckRack has allowed me to discover the best journalists to present any story based on my profiles in our extensive media database, also this great software allows me to search the articles they have written and the content that my employees share on social networks. What do you dislike about Muck Rack?

What disgusted me at the beginning of using this software was that it did not let me delve into the results of my articles very well. But as I was using MuckRack in my company, we learned many functions to be able to better solve our articles now have been added and sent to any other place as well. Recommendations to others considering Muck Rack:

You can recommend the product for the reason, that it offers a lot of all the authors that may have previously written for a publication, it has also been great to see what the reporters have written especially because many are Feelancers and write for multiple sources , and I love the feature where you can see who tweeted a specific article. What problems is Muck Rack solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to find any necessary information about reporters, gives me too many benefits that are advantageous to my business, in order to improve my own recruitment prospects and identify great new talents. What do you like best about Muck Rack?

I have used many media/press databases in the last decade and Muck Rack has been one of the best experiences so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Muck Rack?

A lot of times articles generated in a reporter's profile are repetitive. I understand they are pulled from syndicated sources but I wonder if there is a way to streamline that and show only the original articles and just include a blurb saying "this article appear in X other outlets, click here to find out more."
