I love how streamlined the process is to send out press releases/pitches, and the analytics on the back end that allows us to see how it's doing. The ability to quickly dive into a topic, review recent relevant coverage, identify the outlet and reporters who produced that coverage and then dive further into their articles and social media to learn how to effectively target them around that topic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Alerts feature is one of the features I like the best. I'm able to customize and set up alerts to monitor issues in real time as well as identify trends in coverage that are relevant to our business and industry. The brevity of the reporter's profile. While I like reading about personal interests, i.e. Twitter bio, it would be helpful to have more business oriented bios outside of listing the news outlets where their coverage has appeared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most valuable feature in Muck Rack's offering is the Search functionality. Their database comprises of millions of journalists, editors, podcast hosts, freelance writers, you name it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ironically, my favourite functionality is also my least favourite. I find myself requesting profiles to be updated almost daily, but their Editorial Team is super quick to get the job done and let you know as soon as new details have been added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
