**What do you like best about mubu B2B Marketplace?**

I had a few problems getting my orders filled but when I reached out to the customer service team they were able to help me resolve my problems and get the supplies I needed.

At first, I was having a hard time figuring out how to use the services, but I soon got the hang of it and now love everything that mubu offers me and my team.

**What problems is mubu B2B Marketplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mubu B2B Marketplace has helped simplify the sales process and put everything into a central location. It has been very easy to use and has worked wonders to our process.

The different types of products and the quantity of  stock available with them is what I like the best

**What do you dislike about mubu B2B Marketplace?**

The cost is on a slightly higher side. This is the main drawback. But there is also other drawback which is minor that includes flexibility of chosing a different type of product. It could be in terms of material etc.

**What problems is mubu B2B Marketplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first thing is integration with various ecommerce websites which not every B2B marketplace does. Dropshipping with mubu also has its advantages overall
