I work for a medium-sized e-commerce business (team of around 51–200 people), and we mainly use MSG91 for OTPs and order updates.

What I liked most was the speed of OTP delivery most of the time, it reaches users within 2–3 seconds. This means there are no hassles with the login or verification process. The dashboard isn't very complicated; even new users can quickly get to grips with it. We integrated with Shopify and Zoho CRM both integrations went very smoothly. Our developer didn't need much time to set up the API. Once, during one of our sales, traffic suddenly increased, but message delivery remained stable. Although everything is generally working well, there are still some issues in certain areas. Occasionally, OTPs are delayed for some numbers, especially in remote areas. Although it's not a huge issue, it is noticeable. Another thing is that some of the reporting options on the dashboard seem a bit basic, if you want to carry out a detailed analysis, you have to export the data and view it separately. Support is generally fine, but it takes a bit longer to get a response at peak times.

The user interface of the dashboard is not fully intuitive. Finding some options can take some time especially the first time around. The reporting section must be focused clarity. The delivery will not miss an OTP or notification that needs to be delivered urgently. Although, at times the delivery is getting delayed in most of the cases it’s good. At first, I found the dashboard to be very annoying. The interface is filled with many options but I do not need to select all options. The organisation in the reporting section should be a bit more clear and more organised.

Generally speaking, it is quick but may have delays. Messages may not reach the delivery channel (user’s mobile) which hampering OTP flow. User is unhappy and said code delivery was late.
