Prolease is a simple way to oraganize and track all aspects of a lease. Contains everything needed to easily find the important information the document provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downsides of Prolease are how the different modules do not integrate well with eachother. Example being the Real Estate, Maintenance and Project modules should be able to be connected better but there is a disconnect between these products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No "back" button. Eg. When run a report, always have to go back to the report template via main report listing, and fill out the filter form again. Dislike too many screens compared to other lease management softwares that are able to show all details on single screen. We are able to instantly pull up all of the details on any given lease with only a couple clicks of the mouse and all was really quick. The Customer Support you get with prolease is exceptional, they really ensure customer satisfaction. Communications have improved a lot in the past year since we have been using this.
