That hours on site are automatically calculated for my monthly reports and that I can clearly read all of the names of the companies and individuals - no more having to decipher poor penmanship! It makes compliance reporting quicker and easier for me. I also like being able to see real time people presence as oftentimes, someone needs to know if a certain contractor is on site. It seems like there is an awful lot of functionality to the app from the management side, but it's all hidden under other topics/sections. I oftentimes get lost or turned around when looking how to do something. It gives us a real time view of who is on site, no matter which micro location I'm at. It makes my monthly hourly calculating super easy, saving me 2 hours of time each month. And I can have multiple micro locations all hooked together, reporting to the same account.
