Multiple issues with sync between Core & Space - we have properties that get purged in Core but don't get removed from Space and new building are added in Core but don't propagate to Space and updates to building level UDAs is generating an error that can't seem to be fixed. Manhattan has strong finance capability. Whether you are using accounts receivable for subleasing; accounts payable for facilities management, project management or leasing; compliance for ROU asset/Lease Liability bookings or cost reallocation by cost centre based on space occupancy, all results end up in the general ledger, which can be easily be interfaced to your ERP using the built in API's. The "standard configuration" can satisfy most requirements out of the box - but if you have very specific requirements, the product is configurable to the n-th degree.
