MPower allows me to manage and track my activities which enables me to execute the company's strategic plan in a timely manner. MPower provided my organization with a streamlined solution that measures staff's productivity while ensuring that all scheduled activities do not 'slip through the cracks'.

MPower gives a holistic, lateral and horizontal view of my organisation's strategic goals. Each department can use MPower to align their strategy with the organisation's overall strategy, while interacting and collaborating with other strategic plans at the inter-departmental level. It is labour intensive and not very intuitive. Significant time is spent populating the MPower platform, however, this is necessary as it provides a detailed report of KPIs.

MPOWR Envision uses a hierarchical structure, inherently fitting parts of the project into a meaningful, purposeful whole. This differentiates it from spreadsheet-based tools which tend toward action lists, which are rarely insightful. The improved Work Center provides a single access point to the platform built upon a time axis -- extremely beneficial to the project manager. Customer support is incredible. Beyond Strategy, MPOWR Envision has made great strides in application to Project Management. The platform needs a few functional improvements to complete its utility as a complete Project Management Information System (PMIS). Most important would be the provision for precedence relationships among action items/activities. This would provide for automation of dates to show actual performance versus schedule. I like that MPOWR Envision keeps every user interconnected and up to date on every crucial update in the business. Ever since i have started using MPOWR Envision i feel much more in the loop about the main things that drive our business towards success. So far I have not found anything that I dislike about MPOWR Envision. I think the tool is easy to use and definitely one that anyone could use to keep their management and other associates in the loop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The MPOWR tool shows the progress of each element of your strategy or project for getting quick updates and seeing where you need to spend a little more time on. It can also be accessed from any computer with an internet connection, which is great. You can also upload related documents to the tool for shraring to the wider team. The history feature is also great where you can have an idea of the changes that occured to your plan and why it was done. MPOWR also has customer support who responds in a timely manner, very friendly and very professional. Most of their tutorial videos are not that lengthy and easy to follow along. An MPOWR app, apart from the browser interface, would be nice to have on the phone to use while on the go or if you dont have your laptop with you. Perhaps 2nd factor authentication, given today's cybersecurity concerns. You can also add pop up text to the icond on the right hand side in the navigator view to indicate what the icons are. Envision is great for visualizing company strategies and tracking plan progress and health. Customizable dashboards afford you a bird's eye view, while the activity feed (and associated update email) allows you to see individual progress notes to gain a more complete picture. Envision's layout is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing the user to focus attention on specific strategies and actions rather than on trying to use the software itself. MPOWR also provides helpful videos that enhance the user's understanding of how to use the software, as well as webinars that share insights on strategy execution from experts in the field.
