MPower provided my organization with a streamlined solution that measures staff's productivity while ensuring that all scheduled activities do not 'slip through the cracks'. MPower gives a holistic, lateral and horizontal view of my organisation's strategic goals. Each department can use MPower to align their strategy with the organisation's overall strategy, while interacting and collaborating with other strategic plans at the inter-departmental level. **What do you dislike about MPOWR?** It is labour intensive and not very intuitive. Significant time is spent populating the MPower platform, however, this is necessary as it provides a detailed report of KPIs. Mpower does not have a mobile application. This platform should be accessible everywhere, everytime at your fingertips. **Recommendations to others considering MPOWR:** I would recommend that persons spend time learning to use the platform efficiently. This may be time consuming but extremly necessary process, as it requires persons to document every detail of their work programme. Once you have been able to overcome this learning curve, using the platform is second nature. Be consistent when using the platform. With demanding time schedules, this may be difficult to achieve, however, it is worth learning the platform and populating it thoroughly if your company wants to measure KPIs. **What problems is MPOWR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mpower provides data which enables me to track my performance which allows me to effectively analyse whether my communications strategy needs to change or improve. It solved the internal communications issues of departments and colleagues not effectively interacting with each other or knowing about each other's work programme. This differentiates it from spreadsheet-based tools which tend toward action lists, which are rarely insightful. The improved Work Center provides a single access point to the platform built upon a time axis -- extremely beneficial to the project manager. Customer support is incredible. **What do you dislike about MPOWR?** Beyond Strategy, MPOWR Envision has made great strides in application to Project Management. The platform needs a few functional improvements to complete its utility as a complete Project Management Information System (PMIS). Most important would be the provision for precedence relationships among action items/activities. This would provide for automation of dates to show actual performance versus schedule. Still, there are currently manual ways to work around limitations as the software evolves. **What problems is MPOWR solving and how is that benefiting you?** As administrator of a complex process with a diffuse team of stakeholders, MPOWR Envision has resolved my communication and organization challenges. Through the software, I created a process that restructures what was once a chaotic cluster of actions into clear steps carrying ownership and accountability. Ever since i have started using MPOWR Envision i feel much more in the loop about the main things that drive our business towards success. I love getting email updates on every progress note posted as it is easy to access and i dont need to look for all the updates. **What do you dislike about MPOWR?** So far I have not found anything that I dislike about MPOWR Envision. I think the tool is easy to use and definitely one that anyone could use to keep their management and other associates in the loop. **What problems is MPOWR solving and how is that benefiting you?** MPOWR Envision provides visibility to not only people directly involved in the task but also everyone else indirectly connected to the task. It can also be accessed from any computer with an internet connection, which is great. You can also upload related documents to the tool for shraring to the wider team. The history feature is also great where you can have an idea of the changes that occured to your plan and why it was done. MPOWR also has customer support who responds in a timely manner, very friendly and very professional. Most of their tutorial videos are not that lengthy and easy to follow along. **What do you dislike about MPOWR?** An MPOWR app, apart from the browser interface, would be nice to have on the phone to use while on the go or if you dont have your laptop with you. Perhaps 2nd factor authentication, given today's cybersecurity concerns. You can also add pop up text to the icond on the right hand side in the navigator view to indicate what the icons are. **Recommendations to others considering MPOWR:** You can have your idea and let MPOWR help bring it to reality. There is also collaboration built into the MPOWR tool where you can work together and also see where things are lagging behind. **What problems is MPOWR solving and how is that benefiting you?** MPOWR Envision has been most helpful in helping our organization in identifying its strategic plan from a bird’s eye point of view and also defining various areas in achieving such a plan. It also improves the performance of staff in meeting their deliverables for a specific item. ### 5. The ability to see what goals are in place, what is getting accomplished in real time. and to make sure benchmarks are being hit is a powerful tool for company management at any level. **What do you dislike about MPOWR?** There is nothing that I dislike. I do wish there was an interactive calendar that was linked to this program so that all planning could happen here and be tracked. **What problems is MPOWR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to do away with our share drive and minutes for meetings. Following up with pertinent staff with pestering emails to see if what you requested has been completed is now a non issue. It's easy to review and monitor our performance in all the strategic KPIs Other very good feature is the Health Map, you can review and move fast among the parts of your strategy that require attention. **What do you dislike about MPOWR?** I like almost everything on the software, but I wouldn't say I like the following up of the action items. I know MPOWR Envision is constantly releasing upgrades to the platform, and I´m sure they will improve it. **What problems is MPOWR solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem that we had is that for each strategy, we had a different Excel spreadsheet, and everybody was updating several files and then presenting them to the CEO. I personally like the ability to get progress notes and add collaborators to my strategy. It puts everyone on the same page and it helps give visibility to other departments. For instance, we had progress notes come through another department and we were able to pivot fast which ended up saving us thousands had we not seen that information. **What do you dislike about MPOWR?** After looking into other software platforms I came back to MPOWR because of the collaboration aspect. Like other reviews state the collaboration and visibility aspect has been essential for us. The team has gone above and beyond in support services. I have never worked with a more positive team willing to help our business at any time. **Recommendations to others considering MPOWR:** After reviewing several strategy and project platforms I found this one best for our global business. The team at MPOWR has gone out of their way to re-train some of our staff. We went through extensive strategic planning with their team as well and it has completely changed our work culture. We now have more communication and alignment between departments. For anyone looking at software, I would not hesitate to look into MPOWR Envision if you are looking to align your culture to your strategy. I have been impressed at how rapidly they come out with new software features. We were initially looking at an internal solution, but there is no way we could keep up with all the new features they put out. **What do you dislike about MPOWR?** Our team has used MPOWR Envision for a while now, and I don't have any complaints. We were seeing busy people within our organization, however, they were tactically focused and not driving growth based on our mission, vision, and values. I think that's where a lot of software companies get it wrong. They focus too much on the project but they don't add in the communication and culture aspect. With MPOWR we were able to connect our strategy to our mission, vision, and values and align our workforce to tasks that help drive the long-term goals. Our team was too busy focusing on what was in front of them and not things down the road. I wish you could have multiple layers of users. For example, have certain layers only certain users can see like Admin or Manager privileges over a regular user. The only way you can make this confidential or hidden is through a Action Item. I would like to do that with progress notes, that have team rosters in them. I would like only certain people to access those documents versus everyone with access. It is a very 'blocky' program. In reference to a Block based computer programming. There is no live feature for this program, that could help documents and files in real time and show status of it.
