The number of tools available in one place for keywords, website evaluation, and links, as well as the ability to clearly research competitors. The keyword research tool is really exceptional and allows you to investigate competitors as well as keywords related to your own. The website crawler is great. This feature crawls your website (up to 500,000 pages, if only we had so many) and evaluates for any errors or issues that could hamper SEO performance. I was really shocked at how many items came back on our website. It quadrupled the backlog of items we need to fix and address. Can sometimes be overwhelming to a new user, with more features than you know what to do with. I would appreciate a user guide or something similar. Moz does set you up with a 30-minute initial consultation, but since those consultations are two to three weeks out you essentially have to figure it out on your own. I also wish Moz would be a little more proactive on suggestions for keywords and links. All of the tools are there but given our limited staffing we need all of the help that we can possibly get.
