What do you like best about MoxiWorks Real Estate CMA?

MoxiPresent has been a staple in my career for many years and it's one I cannot live without! It is very easy to use/navigate, which makes the time spent creating a presentation low. The data is shown in a way that is easy for viewers of all levels to read and interact with. I especially love how you can use MoxiPresent for more than traditional CMA's. You can create a presentation on your local area, on events that you sponsor, bio about yourself and more. It's my go-to tool when representing clients at every level. The customer support at the entire Moxi company is also top-notch. They reply quickly to questions and are very proactive in making sure I am satisfied with the program. What problems is MoxiWorks Real Estate CMA solving and how is that benefiting you?

MoxiPresent is solving the problem of having quick access to a beautiful presentation for our agents. Instead of having to comb through MLS and get unsightly comp pages, we have access to all of the info needed in moxi. Our agents love having this at their fingertips and is very customizable. What do you like best about MoxiWorks Real Estate CMA?

Moxi Present is used by the agents at my company to create up to date, interactive, professional looking listing presentations for clients that are thinking about selling or buying a home. Agents find it easy to create presentations, they are able to view and select comparable properties to include, as well as select from a library of brokerage provided pages they can also include.

Agent are very happy with how impressive Moxi Presentations are to their clients. The web view of the presentation provides an interactive experience that they can send to their client via email to view on their own as well as walk through in person during a listing appointment.

What do you dislike about MoxiWorks Real Estate CMA?

Occasionally there are issues with outdated or inaccurate data appearing in the property searches. For agents it is important that this data is accurate and matches what is available on their local MLS so that they are not providing bad information to a prospective client.

Administering the presentation templates is time consuming and that part of Moxi can be slow and difficult to use. While most of the presentation process runs well for agents, selecting pages to include from the library is very slow to load . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
