**What do you like best about Moxa Remote Connect Suite?**

I like it because using virtual private network employees can connect to the company’s resources regardless of the location. As for the problem of secure and effective access to the information within the company during working from home or other remote locations – this software offers respective solution to provide the freedom of remote working to our employees without risks for the company data. That is why it also has the ability to create secure connection between various devices, has another benefits such as the simplicity of configuring and working with the software interface, and the possibility of its integration with other network security tools.

**What do you dislike about Moxa Remote Connect Suite?**

In my case I would mention that there can be a few speed problems related to Secure Remote Access usage, but the tool for the most part is rather good.

**What problems is Moxa Remote Connect Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables an organization to have access to certain company information that has to be kept secure, while the employees work from home or other locations in the case of an emergency or when the connections to the branch offices or business partners are required to be secure. Secure Remote Access has improved security, and flexibility following which we opted for it to be our option for secure remote access.
